Virtual Remote Guard Services (SafePassage Solutions)

I have been a co-chair for our Homeowners Association for 1 year. In the past year, we coverted our entrance from a manned guard to a virtual guard system. Safe Passage Solutions was and is our pick and this company has done a tremendous job. Working with a special Protocol we needed during our conversion and the excellent response from their Support Team makes us know we made the right choice in Virtual Guard companies.

As the president of our association - we've found safe passage solutions to be incredibly flexible with our communities unique needs. Nikki has been very helpful in thoughtfully and proactively brainstorming solutions for our community.

I was on the search committee for our HOA access control. (1,500 homes, 55 plus community with a public golf course and restaurant.) We selected SafePassage and have had a great relationship. They have gone above and beyond in every way. They make themselves extremely available by phone, email and text, even on weekends and evenings. Their equipment works very reliably and exactly as advertised. Their app and portal are great, not to mention the concierge (phone) service that many of our residents utilize. We chose to use a hybrid approach where we have on-site attendants for part of the day and 100% virtual at night. (They have even helped us out with some daytime coverage when staff doesn’t show.) Many of our residents were skeptical at first (who likes change?) but as soon as they saw that this system works better than the 24 hour per day guards (text messages, app, portal, concierge are all great improvements from what we had), they were convinced. I’m very happy with our choice!

I am the Licensed Community Manager for the Monterey Community Association in Boynton Beach Florida. I see that one of my Residents placed a negative review concerning Safe Passage and I wanted to very quickly get my own review out as my experience with this Company has been nothing short of remarkable. "AH" had issues with the gate service because "AH" DID NOT READ the multiple emails that were sent to all residents about the service. Initially our Community used Envera but took a chance with another company OHZ that was to have implemented everything that Envera provided, this was a disaster! After terminating OHZ the Board President of another gated Community highly recommended Safe Passage. From my very first interactions with the Safe Passage Leadership and their technician I believed there finally light at the end of the tunnel! At every step of the onboarding and hardware transition process the Safe Passage leadership was in touch and actively resolving issues before they even became a problem. When the system was finally activated their team was constantly available to troubleshoot issues for our Residents. Safe Passage gets high marks for their customer service, follow-through in trouble shooting and resolving issues as well as their expertise in assisting us in transitioning our existing hardware and camera system into theirs. I would recommend Safe Passage to any gated Community seeking superior monitoring and gate entry services and can easily recommend them to my other Property Management Colleagues seeking alternatives to what they may currently have! VERY Pleased, as is our Board of Directors.

Our 589-unit HOA onboarded SafePassage at the end of 2022; they were extremely helpful and communicative as we transitioned from our manned-guard service to their infrastructure. They worked around the clock to iron out all of the bugs and 7 months later the system works seamlessly. They are an excellent choice for any HOA or Condo Association with gate access!

After dealing with a bad security company, we found SafePassage. SafePassage corrected all the old issues and has been a pleasure to work with. They are everything you want in a company: professional, responsive, innovative, and supportive. As a HOA board member, I have dealt with many different vendors and SafePassage is one of the best. We hired SafePassage approximately 8 months ago to replace our fiscal guard. We now have 24/7 guard service at a half the cost of a manned guard. Keep up the good work.

Had a very frustrating experience. When I called, each time, there was a long wait. They gave me a call back option, but it took hours for them to call me back. E.g. I called at 10:30am one day, the automated message said there were approx 10 people in line ahead of me. I didn't get a call back for more than 4 hours. Another time I called at 1pm EST, again there were approx 10 people in line ahead of me. I didn't get a call back until the following day @ 9:30am. However, the folks were fairly helpful when I did finally hear back from them.

Superb customer service! Great management! I am 100% a client of this company with absolutely no ties to them other than business. You will be pleased with their ability to cure any problem that comes before them... 👍😉 …
