Justin and his team did a great job servicing a boat That has been sitting for over a year. I have put about 30 hours on the boat now with zero issues. He also added a brand new GPS that works great It was a huge improvement from the old one.

As a boat owner with three boats, I need a mechanic that could do just about anything. Justin can handle everything I’ve ever thrown at him. From trailer repair to high-end electronics he gets it done in a professional manner and timeframe, which is difficult to find in a marine mechanic. Very honest with his pricing and communication.

Working with Justin has been great. My boat is too big to trailer, so Justin did all the work in the slip. He replaced all of my older Raymarine equipment with Garmin products - radar, autopilot, and chart plotters. Instead covering the old holes he pulled the dash off and had the fiberglass reworked to accommodate the new equipment. He integrated my existing equipment into the Garmin displays. When others told me that I had to replace the sounder, Justin changed a wiring harness to adapt the sounder to the Garmin equipment. I'm very pleased with the results. I now have my engine data and my stereo controls on the touchscreens. Justin is the type of person that will take the time to explain the details of the job and has no problem answering questions in a teaching style. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I recommend Justin for your marine needs.

Justin has been extremely helpful to me and done a wonderful job of repair and maintenance on my boat. He is very knowledgeable and responsive and his rates are very competitive
He also has creative and reasonable ideas for improving the performance and appearance of my vessel. As an example, my 12 year-old Sea Hunt does not have replacement parts available anywhere, but he was able to get my gauges refurbished-they burned out - and also replace my dashboard with a nice modern looking fabricated replacement. Makes the whole cockpit look brand new! See before and after photos.

Glad I chose Justin to do my service and Garmin installation. Highly recommend. I had one 12 inch Garmin from the factory and he installed a second one which looks perfect He did a great job on the service of my Yamaha 300. Plus pick up and delivery fit my needs well ! So glad I followed up on friend’s recommendation to contact Justin, Shaners Marine, to upgrade my electronics. Can’t say enough about his commitment to expert quality and service. Replaced an older small chart plotter/fish finder with two new larger Garmin 943’s with addition of installing new through hull transducer and upgrading transom mounted transducer. Improved greatly ability to mark fish, bottom type and structure at speed. Definitely experienced that he listens to clients thoughts annd goals and works out ways to reach and exceed them. The day after the installation he took initiative to follow up to see how I was doing with the system. Looking forward to working together a future projects.

Justin and his team made a nightmare of mine and provided the best experience to turn things around! I aquired him for his towing and trailering services, they picked up my boat from my dock, towed it to the launch, delivered it to my mechanic and back without any issues whatsoever, in addition from the launch sent me a picture showing my boat was secured, and as you can see took the utmost care of it with a very good trailer. Communications were excellent from the very start considering the logistics culminated that were involved, and in a nutshell, everything went off without a hitch with precise execution! Not just Justin, but his team goes above Beyond with customer service, knowledge and experience! I will publicly say, thank you Justin to you and your team!

Very easy to deal with! Took my boat for service and asked what he recommended for maintenance . Upfront no bs, and was worth the money! I feel comfortable taking my outboard out anytime.He is not a cutthroat pricer on his work as his quality of work speaks for itself! You are getting what you pay for!

Justin picked up my 2017 Hurricane to do a 100 hour service on my newer 115 HP Yamaha motor. He patiently listened to my additional requests and thoroughly explained what needed to be done.
During the service he found more than a few shortcomings left by the boat sales company that sold me the boat with a new motor and steerage unit. He documented them with photos and took the time to go over them when he delivered the boat (in a very timely manner) back to me.
Justin is a very competent and honest business man who charged me more than a fair price based on a quote I got from the boat dealer who sold me the boat.
I highly recommend this young man.

Justin & Shaner’s Marine has been taking care of my families boat for many years. Justin has worked on our Nautic star several times. He has installed a ladder, stereo system, and had completed a couple of routine services.

I had a full 1000 hour service done on my 2017 Yamaha 300 and it was top-notch. Everything was done perfectly and on time, he set me in a date and got it done as well as knocking out some other issues that I had, He is very knowledgeable and also has a great set up to bring your boat in as well if needed.
If I ever need any Mechanic work he’s the guy And I’ve been around boats for 30 years, and he knows his stuff.

It was time for our Suzuki’s maintenance. We reached out to Justin and he got to us in a timely manner!!!! We were having a battery issue and our front bait-well wasn't filling up on our last trip out in the water. Justin was able to get us new batteries, fix bait-well issue , do the maintenance and also brought to our attention a couple of items we were not aware of…trim seal was blown, our bilge pump wasn’t operable and our prop had a little bend on one of the blades. He is the best!!! He had us in and out in no time at all!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Justin and Shaner’s Marine… he keeps in touch too, so you know what is going on!!!

I had some electrical issues with my vessel after the holidays and had called for an appointment. I was tickled to death to get a phone call first thing in the morning.
They were able to squeeze me in a busy schedule to diagnose my issue and then even corrected it right away. I was back on the water less than two hours. I had some miscellaneous issues that needed to be addressed and they fixed it right then and there as well.
I am very impressed with the skills and knowledge the mechanic knew with my vessel. He took pride in his work as this if his was his own vessel.
I highly recommend if you’re looking for an honest and hard-working mechanic you’ve come to the right place!

I recently had Justin work on my jackplate motor on my boat which had quit working and seized, he was able to get it moving and the parts came in quickly to replace the motor and I was on the water by the weekend.
