Progressive canceled my homeowners insurance. I worked with Hannah Roy at Shaefer Insurance. She was wonderful to work with, responsive, helpful and prompt. She found me a policy with an A- rated company for about half what I was paying Progressive for the same coverage. Great to work with you, Hannah!

When I contacted Shaefer Insurance, I left a voicemail message for someone to call me back. I was very lucky to get Brianna Via to call me back. Brianna was so accommodating! She initially gathered information from me about our current policies so that she could provide quotes based on comparable limits and items. I had so many questions. Brianna took her time addressing each one. Brianna was extremely responsive and efficient throughout the entire process of obtaining quotes. I wholeheartedly urge you to consider Shaefer Insurance when seeking auto or homeowners insurance and definitely ask for Brianna's help. You will not be sorry!

I've been with Shaefer insurance in Venice Florida for about 10 years. Although I've had great service all these years, this is the first time that I've felt the need to write a review. I've recently purchased a new car and have had to get coverage before I pick up the car. It was a sweet spot where my coverage was ending shortly after the pick up date.... the car company wanted proof of insurance a week before getting the car. I worked with Dylan who got me coverage starting on the day I get the new car. I sent that paperwork to the car company. Working with Dylan was great, he was professional, pleasant, and understood my problem; he handled it in minutes. The paperwork I got wasn't good enough (no fault of Dylan) for the car company; they wanted an insurance card. I then contacted the office again and worked with Michelle, whom I've worked with before. She's great. Michelle immediately contacted the insurance carrier, and she got them to manually make a card for me showing the coverage. Both Dylan and Michelle are great assets to Shaefer Insurance, and I highly recommend their services.
