Highly Recommend! Tracy at Moody Agency is wonderful! She exceeded my expectations of delivering excellent service, providing quick, accurate responses and substantial premium savings. When purchasing our home, Tracy made sure we had the appropriate coverage. Even after the closing she pro-actively continued to work on both property and flood policies, identifying what updates could save more premium dollars. In less than 2 weeks from made improvements, she had refund checks in my hand, decreasing our annual policies by 44%...go see this lady!

The Moody Agency has been my auto insurance agency for over 5 years. My current agent, Tracy Sypula, is terrific! Tracy is knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. She thoroughly researches and explains the best options for auto insurance policies. She quickly responds to follow-up calls and questions. I am grateful to have such a competent, patient, and helpful agent. I trust her to help me choose the best auto insurance policy for my needs.

We have worked with Susan Dunlap of Moody Agency for over 5 years, and she is the most amazing agent we have ever worked with. She helps us get the best rates for our own home, for our rental houses and for our vehicles. Susan also is an excellent communicator, as she responds right away when I have questions or need assistance. She helps keep me organized and up to date on my policies. I appreciate Susan as she is a very competent and dedicated employee of Moody, and we look forward to working with her for many more years.

Tracy is an outstanding employee and agency representative. In the last 60 days she has be a very wonderful help to me as I have: Sold my house so had to cancel flood and homeowners Bought a villa so bought homeowners Both buying and selling was a very time consuming process for her and I as closings were set, cancelled and rescheduled "4" times. Thru it all, Tracy was happy and knowledgeable as I was very frustrated with the closing chaos. Also I've bought and sold a total of 3 cars in 60 days and she has efficiently handled my policies. Moody is a great agency in my book because you have great employees like Tracy there!!

While shopping around for insurance, the Moody Agency was recommended to me. I called a couple of other agencies, but the Moody Agency had the best customer service from the time the phone was answered. The receptionist was professional & immediately connected me to Mimi who has been fantastic to work with. She is detailed, professional and timely. I would recommend Moody Insurance to anyone!

Our family has been coming to Venice for about 30 years. Now that we are retired we purchased a condo and needed insurance. I checked reviews and that is why I choose Moodys. Tracy Sypula has been terrific working with. Being a new homeowner moving to Florida I was shocked by insurance prices to say the least. Tracy worked hard to find a price and policy that worked for us as much as possible. Tracy and Moody beat other rates by a surprising margin. She was very helpful in insuring my new boat also!! Great to find such a customer service professional with a sense of humor too!

We've been customers of Moody Agency since 1999 when we purchased our property and eventually moving to Florida in 2000. Rose Coccrane has been our agent. She gives us the best service I've ever gotten from any insurance company we've ever dealt with in the many years we've owned property. As a Realtor I've recommended Moody to my customers.

If you need commercial Insurance Carla Lopez is your agent with Moody. She worked hard for our company, stayed on task, stayed in touch which you know is important in the service business. I used Moody yrs ago for my car insurance. Have done it on my own the last 4 yrs but progressive still has me down using them. Called Moody over a month ago and was suppose to get a new quote. Over 4 emails and 2 calls later, NO ONE that was to contact me has. They have Totally dropped the ball.

We are snow birds and have condo insurance with the Mooty agency so when we purchased a new car i called them to get coverage on it. Tracy Sypula took my call and got the car insurance booked in just a few minutes. She gave us great service on this transaction. However, the next day she called and said that, while she had our file open, she reviewed our condo insurance and could get us better insurance with another company for a premium that was almost $500 LESS!! I went to her office that day to give her some updated condo information for the new insurance application, and she told me the premium would be ANOTHER $200 LESS than the old policy. In addition to saving almost $700, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Tracy. I could tell she had our best interests in mind and that she loved what she does......takes GREAT care of her clients! I am recommending her to the other residents here at our condo. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Tracy!!

I have been with Moody insurance for three years. And for that time all was well, they did what all insurance companies do. Then a problem came up. The state thought I had no insurance. And suddenly Moody became a house of superheroes. Specifically Tracy became my superhero, brilliantly handing my issue. On a Friday night no less, an hour before they closed. Moody ... they got your back.

I recently had a claim against the comprehensive feature of my motorcycle insurance. The agent who contacted me from the insurance company must have been new and failed to inform me of all the steps I would need to take filing my claim as well as not retrieving the estimates that the dealership had faxed to the appropriate location. After a nearly eight day wait for a response and or further instruction (to be fair this happened over the Christmas Holiday which will slow things down a bit) I contacted Moody agency. Normally I deal with Rose Corcoran, who is great, but when this happened she was on vacation so Jennifer Bishop stepped in. Jennifer worked on my claim as if she had written the policy herself, adding just the right amount of push to the folks at the company without alienating them. That’s a great skill. Within a few days all the I’s were dotted and T’s crossed with satisfactory settlement arrive ed at. It pays to have good folks on your side. “Thanks Ya’ll”

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Rose is awesome!!! UPDATE; I am very frustrated with the new agency. They are completely clueless and rude. I have left messages for a return call multiple times with the agents. You cannot speak to them without leaving a message on their VM. They never call back. They rely on a receptionist to handle there clients issues. That's just laziness. I DO NOT recommend this agency anymore.

Terrific service and they beat any other quote by a mile. Carla is an amazing agent and put a ton of work into getting me a policy that was exactly what I wanted for a price that beat any other quote I had seen by a fair bit. This was not a big policy and I still felt like she fought for my needs like they were her own. A great experience.

I refer to Marty Orr comment. Same experience here. The positive reviews on this place stopped a couple of years ago as well on google. New ownership and management then. Always a good idea to do your homework before buying . There are other good options!

Pretty terrible customer service. If you are lucky enough to ever reach anyone you'll see how high their rates are. They are basically just a money grab company. No interest or time to help customers with insurance needs.

Terrible service. After 20 minutes in his office he never called me with quote. I called and he forgot what I was looking for. Then never called me back again and when I called a week later he didn't know who I was. Ridiculous
