The customer service that Rozie has provided is bar none one of the best I've experienced by any company in general. You are not valued here as a person, just a number. Whenever I called to speak to Rozie, her receptionist always told me I needed to email her; It was impossible to get her on the phone. When I finally did talk to her to set up insurance I had to follow up a couple of times before she got it actually processed. Same experience when I renewed. When I sold my home and canceled my policies I had to again follow up with her three times over 2 months to actually get my refund checks. She put the blame on the insurance companies when it's evident by my past experience it was her fault. Need to hire more staff to keep up with your demand if you're that "busy". Would not do business here again.
I've had quotes from Insurance Agents that were totally geared to the Agent making money. When I met Rozie and she went to work for me for "Home Owners" Insurance, she was not only quick in doing so, she gave me the best and lowest quote that would meet my needs, no other Agent has ever done this for me. I've since recommended Rozie to those needing insurance, and to real estate Agents as well, she has never let anyone down, she treats you right, actually has your best interest in mind. You can't go wrong having Rozie as your Insurance Agent. I recommend Rozie any chance I get, she deserves a 5 star rating. Call her, let her supply your Insurance needs, you won't go wrong, she'll treat you right.
