DNA Marine are extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do. They need to work on their communication and scheduling skills. They never actually gave me a scheduled time and we’re really bad at communicating what they were doing. Justin’s dedication to his craft was palpable, and it immediately put me at ease knowing that my engine inspections were in very capable hands. Not only did he provide outstanding service by documenting the issues he found, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the issues and provided recommended fixes. Justin took the time to address my concerns and answer my questions, making me feel like a valued client every step of the way. His transparency and clear communication throughout the process were commendable, and it gave me high confidence in his abilities. Moreover, his commitment to customer satisfaction and completing the job was never more evident than when we were heading to the boatyard for a haul. An inoperable train trestle, stuck in the down position, halted all boat traffic for three hours. Justin didn’t bail, he stayed doing other things, and when the trestle was repaired, we went to the boat yard. I traveled from out of the state to have the inspections and Justin was determined to complete the surveys that day. Justin had to reschedule other jobs for later in the day.
