Daniel arrived on time and did a great job with interior and exterior detailing. We should have taken before pictures to show the difference, but for reference, we have 2 dogs with white fur and 5 cats that all travel in the car at one point or another. We also transport our foster cats and dogs. Lots of fur on the seats and drool on the windows. Definitely recommend and will use his services again.

I’m telling you that I have never received such an amazing detail on my truck as I have with Daniel Son’s Detailing. I had not shown my truck proper care in probably 2-3 years: dog hair, dusty roads, exploding can of sun block, and even a jug of motor oil in the back seat that had slowly leaked into the back seat over a few days (seriously, I couldn’t let people sit in the back seat for the last 6 months). Needless to say, my truck (along with me) was a hot mess. Danny was meticulous and detailed in his work and made my 6 year old truck look brand new again (better than the day I bought it). I actually look like a responsible truck owner again. I HIGHLY recommend Daniel Son’s Detailing for your car, truck, bike, boat, or fleet - you will be so happy with their work that you will want to tell people about them. I look forward to continuing to use them in the future (I just booked an appointment for my wife’s Jeep!)

Charged me $350 to give my F250 a “full detail”. On his pamphlet and website the service includes, engine bay cleaning, window cleaning, doorjamb cleaning, and a deep interior clean to name a few things. None of those were completed. My truck looks like I rolled through a $20 car wash instead of a $350 “professional detail”. I’m upset for 2 reasons. 1. a detail of the sorts should NEVER be $350 and 2. the work completed was awful! I reached out expressing to him that I felt taken advantage of for being over charged and that my truck looked awful after checking it out and he came up with loads of excuses, told me I am a slob, the rain made my truck look the way it does, said i’m trying to take advantage of his work, etc. After about an hour of arguing over text he offers to come “touch it up or give me a refund” I explained to him that I don’t feel it’s necessary to provide a full refund as he did provide me a 2 hour service and we all have family’s to take care of but explained that I felt $100 partial refund would be fair and make me content. He then got very hostile, refused to give me a refund, said I had until the next day to decide if I want it “touched up” if not goodbye. To be quite honest after the way he treated me I wouldn’t want him coming anywhere near my truck and just want $100 partial refund so I can pay someone else to make my truck look better. Very unprofessional service and communication from the owner Daniel and I will not continue to recommend or use his services unless he decides to make things right.
