I was there with my wife for an appointment that she had scheduled. As I was waiting for my wife’s appointment to finish.I had noticed that I had a cleaning scheduled with them in the next two weeks and would be out of town. So I went and asked the scheduler if there was anyway that they could possibly reschedule my appointment for sometime in the next few days. They said if I didn’t mind waiting, they would work me in so that I can get my cleaning that same day. I decided to take them up on their offer and wait so that I could get my cleaning while I was already there. As I was waiting, I started to worry that my cleaning would be a rushed job like it was the past few times that I was there previously because it was already 4 PM in the late afternoon and they had a few people still waiting to be called back for their appointment. Man, was I wrong! Not only was the dental hygienist that did my cleaning this time very knowledgeable and thorough, but she was also very gentle and took her time to do the job right! As she performed my cleaning. She took her time and made sure she did it miss a spot even when she would stop so that she could go over tips for me to use and do each day so I can continue to have my beautiful white smile! At no point did I ever feel like she was rushing through the process so that she could hurry up and go home. In the past, when I was there for a cleaning or to meet with the dentist. I left feeling they had rushed to hurry up and get me in and out even when my appointment was early in the morning. Sometimes causing me to feel like the cleaning or my visit with the dentist was a waste of time. After my cleaning was all finished and I was checking out. I did speak with the person up at the front desk regarding my next appointment, I had mentioned that I was very impressed with my hygienist and they had told me that she was new. I hope she ends up staying with them because if she does, she will be the person I ask for every time in the future. I only wish that I had her name so that I could list it in this posting. I did let her know how Impressed I was and was thankful for everything that she did and for taking her time and not rushing me through the process. The only thing that I could tell you about her is that she’s a young Spanish woman and she was a dental hygienist. From what the office staff said. She was fairly new and just started there. To give you some type of time reference. I had my cleaning done November 14 of 2025 at the greater expressions on Bush Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. Hopefully, that will help some for anybody looking to ask for her when they speak with scheduling for their appointment. If the Greater Expressions on Bush Boulevard in Tampa, Florida is lucky to hire more dental hygienist and dentist like her. I will continue to use Greater Expressions for all my dental service needs. Fingers crossed! Good luck to anyone that is thinking about trying the Greater Expressions on Bush Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. If you end up trying them and are able and lucky enough to get the same dental hygienist that I’m speaking about and feel the same way I do after your appointment. Please leave a review with her name and if you don’t mind reference my post. If that dental hygienist happens to read this post and remembers me and our conversation where I tell you I greatly appreciate you being very patient and taking your time and the cleaning I received that day from you was the best cleaning that I ever had since I’ve been going to that Greater Expressions. The Valdez family would like to express our experiences over the last 18 years at Northside location. If it wasn’t for the awesome customer service experience we have had with Jesse at this location, we would not still be there today! Service starts once customer’s enter the building. Jesse is the PILLAR of this location! Her authentic care she has for the patients here, is evident! I see how she is genuine and caring with other patients as well. First time taking my 6 year old. No issues at all. The staff was pretty nice. The other people, however, were....less than polite. There were kids beating on each other and running crazy. In my opinion, the staff at this clinic is very professional, but the clinic is super dirty and has no hygiene at all. It's worrying that any patient could come out with bacteria. You can come several times and you'll end up with the same old mess from the week before. 👎🏻🤮 …
