Everyone at A Caring Dentist is just that: Crystal, who makes appointments over the phone, Karen, at the front desk, and Angel, the assistant, are all very helpful, kind and warm, as well as professional. Short wait times and everyone kept me up to date on what was happening. Dr Patel is very caring and warm and did a great job preparing my tooth for a temporary crown, as well as taking the impression for a permanent one. She has great communication skills and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable for the entire procedure and that I understood everything clearly. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and her entire staff!

I just want to start by saying this review does not involve me but rather my mother. We were both patients of Dr Parasher from when he started in 1988 until when he retired within the last year. My mom who is 93 had what she thought was a minor issue with her partial being stuck that Dr Parasher had made, but turns out my mom erroneously did not even have it in. To make a long story short there was a misunderstanding with billing on this issue that Dr Patel kindly called and made right, showing how much she cares for her patients, and I was impressed how she took the time via phone to show this. I will miss Dr Parasher greatly as he was not only a great dentist, but a dear friend, and take solace in the fact that my mom and my dental needs are in good hands with Dr Patel. Thank you.....Steve Barbato..Adding to this review on next experience with Dr Patel.....She is a fantastic dentist but more important a fantastic person who cares more about the health of her patient more than the wealth of her bank account. Dr Patel is a very skilled and caring dentist who consistently puts the health of her patients above all else while explaining clearly all she does. Her office manager Karen clearly explains all options available and is always very accommodating and pleasant. I also received great service yesterday by Angel and a dental hygenist whose name I do not know. The new dentist here is simply amazing. I unexpectedly needed a pretty complicated and skill challenging procedure done and he did it with excellence and lots of feedback throughout the process so I understood everything that he was doing and what he was suggesting…all while making me feel very comfortable and calm the entire time- which is not a common feeling while doing complicated dental procedures!!

First time going there and I was scared to see the dentist and guess what? She did some work on my mouth. I didn't felt the needle. Nothing at all. The staff excellent the office extra clean and she have patient there and in and out. She was moving them an excellent job she did to me in 2 weeks. I'll go and see her again.. I went yesterday to the dentist to do the rest of my mouth of cleaning and to put my crown on the new one. And the 24th I'll go and get another crown on. But the person was in the front desk yesterday and everything help me out. I needed to pay $60 and I told them I'll be here on Monday to pay him cuz my wife had the credit card and she was buying water paper towel and all that for the storm and so I will show it but the people there helps out they care and God bless and thank you
