Bottom painting including sanding and priming; running gear additional charge.
Monthly Utilities
Monthly utilities fee covering water, electric, and trash.
Daily Storage
Daily storage fee based on boat length overall (LOA).
Trailer Unload or Load
Service to unload or load boat trailers.
Trailer Unload or Load (Overtime, Weekend, Holiday)
Trailer unload or load service during overtime, weekends, or holidays at double rate.
Engine Lift
Engine lift service with a 1-hour limit per use.
Corking Charge
Charge for primer and/or paint used but not purchased through the marina.
Rebooking Fee
Fee charged for rebooking services.
Travel Lift (Hang Time)
Charge for travel lift usage per hour.
Survey
Boat survey service with a maximum of 2 hours.
Blocking
Service to block the boat for storage.
Haul, Splash or Lift
Service to haul, splash, or lift boats for maintenance or storage.

Service to haul, splash, or lift boats during overtime, weekends, or holidays at double rate.
Pressure Wash (Light)
Light pressure washing of boat hull.
Pressure Wash (Heavy)

One-time fee for tarping and staking the boat.
Boat Towing
Boat towing service with a minimum charge.
Wet Slip Storage - Month-to-Month
Wet slip storage with cove-like protection, permanent fenders, and line holders. Includes monitoring channel 9 for docking assistance.
Wet Slip Storage - 3 Month Contract
Wet slip storage with a three-month contract commitment.
Wet Slip Storage - 1 Year Contract
Wet slip storage with a one-year contract commitment.
30 Amp Electric Service for Wet Slip
Additional monthly fee for 30 amp electric service at wet slip.
50 Amp Electric Service for Wet Slip
Additional monthly fee for 50 amp electric service at wet slip.
Transient Dockage
Nightly transient dockage rate for slips accommodating vessels up to 70 ft.
