I went in for a relaxing massage and left more tense than when I arrived. The “massage music” was actually a loud pop radio station — I half expected an ad break mid-back rub. The room was freezing, and I had to ask her to turn off the AC before I turned into an ice cube. She left the room three times to deal with other customers, and at one point her colleague wandered in acting way too flirty — definitely not the kind of touch I came in for. The massage itself was all over the place. I literally had to ask, “Do you know what you’re doing?” after she spent 20 minutes on one side of my back. When I pointed it out, she looked surprised — like she forgot the other half existed. She barely used any oil, and between her disappearing acts, I caught her coming back, spraying her hands with water, and wiping them on a towel, saying the door handle was dirty. I’m not sure what that was about, but it didn’t exactly scream “professional.” To top it off, they were practically begging for tips — pushing me to book only a half-hour session so they could fit in more people and “collect tips.” Then at the end, she straight-up asked for a $30 tip. For that performance? Not a chance. Save your money and your back — there are far better places out there.

I walked in with the intention of getting a massage, I explained to the lady, I had some pain in my back! basically telling her where I need the massage to focus on! she told me I needed a professional and I needed to go to the chiropractor, I asked “you guys do back massages as we discussed over the phone” I was very confused! upon arriving she brings me all the way to a room, just to tell me she only does facials and the person who does massages is not here! something is very sketchy about this place! Do not recommend if you’re genuinely looking for a massage? but it does seem like the perfect place for other things if you ask me!

I brought my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day. It was a great choice. I was impressed by the atmosphere. It is a new store and is very impeccable decorated. The soft lighting, relaxing music, candles, and tranquil scent, create a relaxing atmosphere. The massages were excellent. I had a deep tissue massage that was very well done with plenty of pressure. My girlfriend had a medium pressure massage and was very pleased with the massage. We decided to try the sauna. It was a little smaller than I expected, which was actually great because I was with my girlfriend, but I wouldn’t do it with someone I didn’t know intimately. I haven’t been in a sauna for many years, I forgot how much I enjoyed being hot and sweaty.

Really good! I’ll be back! Edit: I’ve just had my second massage here. Super disappointed in the massage for a number of reasons (answering the door mid-massage just instantly kills my relaxation) and also - $70 for 45 mins - or $83 after a tip (she also laughed when I suggested a $7 or 10% tip and replied saying “$10?” - making me feel wholly uncomfortable, I felt like id no option but to pay it) is super over-priced for what is it. Happy to pay more for quality but this has left a sour taste in my mouth & sadly (as it’s pretty convenient for me with work) I won’t be coming back.

UPDATE Sept 2025: Ownership changed, my professional masseuse Amy is no more there. this is now a "different" business. I did NOT use their services. I cannot judge this. My 5-stars review is related to my prior experience on previous ownership. Me and my wife had a 1 hour couple massage, Jasmine and Amy provided to us an outstanding service, I can totally recommend both of them! Friendly and professional. We loved the place, we will absolutely be back, thank you ladies for your outstanding job!

I booked a 90 min massage because I was in such intense neck pain. I get massages at least once a month- sometimes even twice a month so when I say that Amy was the best massage I’ve had in 40 years. It’s the highest compliment I can give her. In 90 minutes, she worked out every knot and tight muscle in my neck so that when I left, I felt complete and utter relief and so relaxed. I will be coming to her from now on. I cannot give any more high praise than to say Amy knows what she’s doing and if you’re hurting - look no further book your massage with her today.!

I have never felt more uncomfortable/vulnerable in a place in all my life! I booked an online appointment and came in at that time. I’m then told that they have a problem and I’ll have to wait. Meanwhile there are staff arguing in the hallway. I’m then told that they would like to put me in the “sauna”. They leave my door open, walk me down a hallway in just a sheet and towel, put me in a tiny bathroom with a walk in “sauna “ which is dangerous if you have health issues (no one even asked) the temp kept rising and at one point was 112 degrees. I literally opened the door, tried to find the room I was in to gather my things and leave asap! I have already reported to the Better Business Bureau and I hope they get shut down immediately! I felt so vulnerable with men walking in my room, I’m undressed, and leaving my door open. Please do not go here!
