Very pleasant staff to talk to about any concerns of pet needs. I have gone here for a couple years now. And have even come back when I lost my furbaby and got another. They were so helpful with my very elderly furbaby that was 16.5 years old with what kind of food for her as she was so picking. And I could not get her to eat anything. The staff worked with my budget, and found the right food that she ended up loving before I had to let her go. Now with my new puppy, they have once again helped me find a great food for her, as she was having allergies to something. However, with the help of the staff. We found a food that she loves and doesn't bother her at all. They are all so knowledgeable with any questions you may have. Always have smiles on their faces, very welcoming as they greet you as you walk through the door, and ready to help you with anything 😊 I honestly trust their food for my sweet girl before spending tons of money on a prescription diet. Especially when it worked on both of my furbabies. They also have samples to try before buying a whole bag. Which was great and helped a lot on deciding which food she liked before buying a whole bag. I do understand that some pets must be on a prescription diet. However, a lot of that prescription diet can be found through other dog foods. As I was so lucky twice now to be able to do that, and it is by far not as expensive as a prescription diet. With all great ingredients. ( a lot of the ingredients found in prescription diets were also found in their foods) As they will go over a prescription diet with you and try to help you find a food basically the same as the vet wants to put your furbaby on. But, with less of an expense. I would actually give 10 stars if I could. Great people, staff, knowledgeable, caring, and will help you as long as it may take without trying to get you out the door like some pet stores do. It's a one on one caring staff all the way around. From food, toys, treats, beds, medical stuff, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first visit to this wonderful little shop, and I am so glad I discovered it! I have struggled with yeast allergies with some of my senior dogs, and no matter what I tried, nothing seemed to help. After doing some research, I decided to pay them a visit to find a food that would help my dogs' condition and hopefully be palatable to them. Although we're just starting with a new food, I am ecstatic that my dogs love it and are readily eating it! I am looking forward to seeing some results in their skin and coats over the coming months! Huge shout out to Leilani for her expert advice and professionalism!

Had no idea this gem was in the area. When I called with a question Amy was so helpful. Once I arrived at the store Jack was very knowledgeable and helped me with all of my needs. Excellent choice of products, they have my dogs food in stock 99/100 times. Customer service is always very friendly and they offer a better price than Chewy. Love the farmina brand and the Nootie products keeps Marshalls coat nice and healthy!

I've been coming here for 3 years or longer now. EVERYONE HERE IS SO NICE! It doesn't hurt that they have a huge variety of food & toys. Just found out they have goats milk. I ordered online frozen raw dog food yesterday afternoon and picked it up this morning. Upon arriving, I let him know who I was and was there to pick up my order. He walked it to my car within 5 minutes and I was on my way back home. Easy peasy! Wonderful service, couldn't ask for anything better.
