I’ve been seeing Dr. Megan for about a year and a half now, and she is truly amazing. From the very beginning, she’s made me feel deeply cared for and listened to. Her approach is so intuitive—she tailors every session to what my body needs that week, whether it’s addressing headaches (which I used to get all the time before seeing her and now rarely ever do!), helping my wrists recover after too much crocheting, or giving extra attention and care when I’m sick.
I especially love the myofascial release she does—it’s such a game changer. Megan also has such a beautiful understanding of the mind-body connection, and she’s supported me through intense grief and stress. She truly looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms.
She knows how important my health is to me and has helped me work through foot pain so I could get back to being active again. Thanks to her treatments and recommendations, I’ve improved how I walk, my pain has gone away, and I actually feel excited about fitness again. I have more confidence and joy in moving my body than I have in years.
On top of all that, Dr. Megan is just a wonderful person—she’s easy to talk to, trustworthy, and fun to be around. I’ve recommended my whole family to her, and they love her just as much!
When she was on maternity leave, I saw Dr. Paul, and he is just as incredible—attentive, caring, and truly dedicated to his patients. Their practice is built on genuine passion and heart.

Paul was excellent. I have been to a lot of chiropractors over my life and he was by far the most detailed and knowledgeable of the body as a whole. He focuses on fixing the issue just not adjusting it.
No one has ever been that thorough on muscular issues that are causing the pain.
I highly recommend Paul and professional services.
I have never felt better after seeing a chiropractor like I did today.
He put me back in the gym quick and fully functional again.

Was drawn to go to Apex Chiropractic back in May after I injured myself at the gym. I was having issues walking and I couldn’t even stand for long hours. I had terrible nights sleeping and it was just completely uncomfortable. I remember praying and asking God for help in assisting my issues. I wasn’t sure whether a massage therapist or a chiropractor could fix me.I then felt drawn to look through chiropractors in my area and felt drawn to a couple that specializes in chiropractic techniques in Riverview. I made an appointment same day and as soon as I walked in Dr. Paul Zaner could already see my problems. 2 months later I am completely fine and I regularly see him to keep my body up to date. Taylor in the front is really nice too. Dr. Paul and Megan are a powerful couple that delivers relief in comfort in chiropractic care. Highly recommend! A++.

Dr Paul was amazing. He was explaining everything he was doing and why and also gave great analogies to explain what’s happening. He is extremely knowledgeable. I will start by saying that Dr Paul and Dr Megan are some of the most wonderful people you could ever meet in your life. They fully love and understand their job, and go above and beyond to make sure that the patient is well taken care of. I was introduced to them by my former chiropractor who moved out of state. Their plans are budget friendly, and the care provided is above and beyond. They listen, explain and follow through with excellent results every time. Hands down, if you are not coming to see them to take care of your body, you are absolutely missing out on the best possible care out there.

Went in today for pain in shoulder, neck and back. I usually see Dr. Megan but she is out right now. So I saw Dr. Paul who I had not had adjustments by. He was awesome. He worked on my arm and I had much better range of motion when I left.. The adjustment was great. He can really adjust a neck without you getting nervous. I was surprised because I am apprehensive about it, even though I have been to chiropractors for years. His gentle but firm technique was impressive. My body thanks you!

Megan and Paul deserve way more than 5 stars!!! Words cannot express how happy I just left her clinic! I have a very demanding and physical job, so it takes a big toll on my body. I am a new arrival to Sun City Center and needed to see a chiropractor right away. I called Dr. Zaner's office and he was able to see me the next day on a Saturday. He listened carefully to my issues and understood the problem immediately. I received a low force adjustment, myofascial release and acupressure therapies.
Long story short, I felt much better after the first visit and better still after the second visit. I think I have found my chiropractor here in my new city.

I had to edit my review since Google will only allow me to give one review for the doctors. Dr. Megan and Dr Paul are the absolute best chiropractors! They both are a breath of fresh air and amazing at what they do. The office positive energy and love for patients truly makes for an amazing experience. I have been going to Dr. Meg for over a year and FINALLY went to Dr. Paul today. He did not disappoint! Amazing adjustment! I have never had a bad adjustment with Dr Meg either. She’s amazing! They definitely understand their assignments! Both Chiropractors have their own unique style for adjustments, that just makes you feel brand new EVERY time!. My husband and I visited Apex Chiropractor with both Dr. Megan & Dr. Paul today and am so happy that we did! We have been to many “run of the mill” franchise chiropractors who just do the same adjustment every visit without really trying to find the cause/issue but going to Apex was completely different. Without having the mention much, they knew exactly where the discomfort was and addressed it immediately! They definitely know what they are doing and is amazing at it! We can’t wait to come back. If you want to help your body and in turn you mental and emotional well-being, please go to Apex chiropractic! I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Megan and Dr. Paul. I’ve been going to Dr. Megan for treatment for almost two years now, and my body feels better than it has in a very long time. She is not only a genuinely amazing and kind person, but she cares about EVERY SINGLE patient and wants to help them to have better lives with less pain and more freedom to live their lives to the fullest. She loves to explain why she is doing certain things and talks you through what’s happening with your body, which I love. It helps me feel more in tune with myself, how my body is working, and what my body needs. I’ve struggled with pain and lack of mobility from bad car accidents for about 5 years now, and I never thought I would be able to live with less pain again. Dr. Megan has gotten me back to a place where my pain is minimal for most of the week and I can actually do activities that I never thought I would be able to do and resume some activities that I was doing pre- accidents.
