I had X-rays done at a previous office. I called this office because I was not happy with my previous office. Explain that I will be bringing my X-rays that were done a month ago. Receptionist stated that was fine. I go to my visit and I had to pay for a new set of X-rays. I wish that was explained but nonetheless I paid. On same day of my appointment there were some cancellations. Had fillings done and a deep cleaning. All in all my visit was pleasant and I love my new dentist. She's awesome and a sweetheart.

I would not recommend these people to anyone, Although the dental hygienist is amazing. I went for a cleaning. They told me what I had to pay and what they would bill insurance. I paid my portion. Apparently, they didn’t check the benefits on the insurance as they said they did when I came in, Because now they’re trying to get more money out of my pocket. And you can’t tell me that what I paid and what they’re trying to collect from me wouldn’t cover a cleaning more than one time anywhere else. Hmmm! I made an appointment to get my bi-annual teeth cleaning which did not happen. On top of that, I was expected to return to the dentist for the actual service that I went there for to begin with. I expect to be told about the entire appointment when I schedule my initial appointment as a new patient on the phone, not after I arrive for said appointment. This practice is 34 minutes from where I live. My time is important…My review reflects my experience. It is not an open door for a debate or discussion.
