We recently had our first visit with Dr. Jones for my son, and what a fun experience it was! The office is decorated so beautifully, and each room was clearly given lots of thought and attention, especially tailoring to kids. Dr. Jones was a pleasure! So fun and interactive while also being completely professional and informative for me (mom). We are looking forward to future visits to come.

A very positive experience for my 8yo daughter. She even asked to go back! Dr. Jones was very kind and gentle. I had her at another orthodontist prior too this appointment, and she hated it and didn’t want to go to another consult. He was amazing and it’s such a fun place. We will definitely pursue orthodontics through Dr. Jones. It’s worth the 44 minute drive!!

Can an orthodontist apt be fun? Yes it can! We are so relieved to have found Dr Jones. We had a consultation with another orthodontist before going to Dr Jones’ office, and left with a terrified kid. The kid was so against everything “orthodontist” we had to convince him to get out of the car to go inside for Dr Jones’ consult. When we left Dr Jones’ office the kid was sad……because Dr Jones didn’t want to start his ortho stuff for a whole year 😂. The kid went from not wanting to get out of the car and being totally against everything an orthodontist could do to being sad because he has to wait to start! That’s the magic of Dr Jones office. They are amazing in there.

Dr Jones and his staff were great. It was our first visit and they were so welcoming. They do everything to make the experience a fun and comfortable one, dispelling any nerves our son had. We appreciated the time they took with us to explain our son’s needs. We were not rushed and they covered everything in easy to follow information. Really really great service.

Dr. Jones and his office staff are extremely professional, very nice, and incredibly thorough. They have explained both what we as parents need to know/do for the next 2 years as well as what our son will need to to know/do to care for himself as best he can. They gave a detailed break down of payment options and laid everything out in a whimsical folder. Dr. Jones answered our "dumb" questions without making us feel like they were. We are excited to start this journey with Dr. Jones and his staff.

I love this office!!! Dr. Jones treats both of my kids. The staff treat my boys (and me) like family. They know us by name. My kids love the games and the Foosball table. The fun chairs and decor make it feel very relaxing for anyone who may be a bit anxious. The music selection is always fun! :) I love the office atmosphere and staff!!!! Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones and his staff are so wonderful! Dr Jones has a special gift with kids, my Son was Happy he was getting braces but Nervous and had some anxiety about getting them the day of. My son shared with me that Dr Jones was very nice, Guided him through what he was going to be doing and calmed his nerves down. Exact words of my 12 year old Son. Went here years ago for braces and recently had to be seen for an issue with a specific tooth after an accident. The staff went above and beyond to help me in my emergency situation and were so kind, caring and professional. We just had a consultation here, but I have to say it was great! Dr. Jones'grand entrance to the exam had both of us laughing. He is very knowledgeable and didn't try pushing any unnecessary treatments on us. Thank you, because my son is very apprehensive when it comes to any type of doctor. Just brought our second child to Dr. Jones today for her initial appt. We continue to be impressed in every way! The atmosphere is so fun and inviting. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They greet us when we come in, and make us feel welcome right away. We have experienced almost no wait-time, which is so helpful during the busyness of the school year. Dr. Jones is knowledgeable and reassuring, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease regarding procedures. He doesn’t appear rushed, and takes time to answer questions thoroughly.
