I've gone here twice now and had a terrible experience both times. The front desk girl is awful. The nail techs are awful. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience instead it is infuriating. Do yourself a favor and take the 30 minute drive to go to tipsy in ft myers. There they have great nail techs and customer service.
