I had the most incredible facial at The Ritz-Carlton Spa- all thanks to Isabella! She made me feel so special, truly going above and beyond to celebrate my birthday. Her warmth and bright personality instantly put me at ease, and her expertise was nothing short of amazing.
The facial itself was magical! I selected the custom facial and every product was perfectly suited to my skin. Isabella’s attention to detail and soothing techniques left my skin glowing and feeling completely refreshed. Not only was the treatment exceptional, but her kindness and genuine care made the experience unforgettable.

I had a wonderful custom facial by Isabella - my daughter gave me a gift card for my birthday & it was the most relaxing facial - Isabella was very professional & really knows her stuff!! I would highly recommend her if anyone is getting a facial here!
The hotel is amazing! The staff is so kind. I have to mention Mike Doors at the front desk. He is so friendly and helpful. I have to interrupt my stay because I have some health problems and he immediate help me and told me not to worry. The Corporate is so lucky to have employees like Mike. Thank you!

Took off a star because we are Marriott Ambassador Members but were told we were not eligible for a free upgrade (we had already booked one of the more expensive rooms), despite the hotel being almost empty. When I say almost empty it was to the point that on one day there was literally not a SINGLE OTHER PERSON at either pool (they have a family pool and an adults only pool) for about 3 hours while we were there.
Took off a second star because no coolers or music allowed on the beach. A lot of rules for a place that is so expensive.
I had my hair and make-up done for my wedding. Request Jan, she was wonderful. My hair Looked beautiful! Jan also did airbrush make-up on me and it lasted the whole time. I received lots of compliments! Thank you Jan for making my special day great!
Best birthday experience ever. The facilities are so luxurious and the staff is so kind and thoughtful. I had a facial and used the pools. I wish I had more time there but checked out the day of my spa treatment...will definitely be going back for more fun.
I paid an exorbitant amount to have my hair blown out only for me to pull it back into a low ponytail after the session because it looked so awful. Not to mention what was meant to be an hour session almost lasted two hours, making me nearly late for the wedding I was attending. In addition to all of that, I walked away with highly damaged hair from the stylist over-teasing my hair to the point where it took days to comb through all the knots. During the session the stylist went on to tell me how damaged my hair was and attempted to up-sell me on a very expensive conditioning treatment. Not a good way to boost your clientele's confidence. Had I known I'd be charged extra for him taking forever to style my hair in a simple blowout with some curl, I would have just saved the $130 and done it myself. Simply horrible. Nowhere near the Ritz standards I have known over the years. Despicable.
This place was Awesome. Had a fun evening with co-workers and friends. Had the mini crab cakes delicious!!
Love the waterfall in the locker room hot tub and the mineral pool outside on the upper deck. Services have always been amazing, but the spa itself is fantastic without any service. H²O (spa restaurant) is a quick & convenient lunch or snack option when you just don't want to leave.
The only criticism that I have is that the coed upper deck doesn't have it's own hot tub or lap pool. Besides that, the rest of the pluses outweigh this negative for me.

I am a hydra facial junkie. I get them at least once a month. I had one of the best hydra facials from Nicole. Not to mention it just felt so luxurious and relaxing. I live in Miami and seriously want to go back to just get facials from Nicole!
My massage today was truly amazing! Michelle, the Director made sure everything was perfect. Between the mineral pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, it was an afternoon of bliss.
I have been visiting Ritz Carlton Spas and using Ritz Carlton Spa bath products for years. I was shocked today by the rude, unprofessional and snooty service that I received at the Naples Spa Boutique. This was the first bad experience I’ve ever had at a Ritz Carlton and hope it is just one bad employee and not a trend for their service and values.
I want to live in the spa!!!!!!!! The staff was overly kind and Enid, Edit, I think I am the worst with names was worth every penny and more!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received a relaxing, very great massage from Chedeline. The spa is very nice with excellent service!

How sad to return to what was once the most beautiful hotel in the world and find it so degraded in every aspect. We were greeted by a rude and unprofessional man. Then the rooms were dilapidated, and the toiletries were of low quality. The La Terraza Restaurant had a very unpleasant egg smell and terrible service. The pool had very slow and poor restaurant service, and last but not least, the beach chairs were old and worn out (you sink into them), and the towels on the chairs were stained yellow all over.
