I purposely picked a more seasoned hair stylist a level two and I am VERY disappointed in my haircut!! I explained how I wear My hair and she did not cut it like I asked and the blow dry made me look like I had a head full of sausages. I said I have never seen my hair look like that and she just looked at me. I picked Aveda because I think of aveda as an innovative hair salon…I walked out looking like an old lady ..it was bad I told her I wear beach waves and she did nothing like it. Also, I have never had anyone cut my hair with a part down the middle when I clearly explained I wear my hair on the side . I was told it was to help cut evenly but one side of my hair is heavier than the rest! So disappointed! I was in your salon a few years back with a level one & it was a much better haircut!! Even my husband and bestie proclaimed “ what happened to your hair”! Thank goodness hair grows fast! So disappointed

It is always stuffy and hot in the salon. The a/c is not set to a comfortable temperature. My appoints are always late afternoon and even though there aren’t many customers at the time, it is uncomfortable.Rosie hair stylist is very nice and easy to work with.

I arrived 4:56 for a root touch and they declined the service because the close at 6 pm.... Come on.... You can do this in less than 60 minutes.... Of course if you want to work.... Poor owner...
