Jen is absolutely amazing! I've been to the highest end salons in Manhattan and Jen here in Naples comes to play! She is awesome at blonding, achieving your desired color and lightness level while maintaining the health of your hair. she always explains what she is doing and what kind of maintenance will work best. Useless! I asked to trim my hair by 3-4 inches, but lady spent 45 mins and I end up with trimmed only 1 inch, and I have to go back. Not even sure if she listened what I said and what I asked!
