I have extremely curly hair and normally i would be nervous having someone cut it but ceyde was so confident going in it and took her time to make sure every curl was even. Ive never walked out of a salon so pleased and happy with how my hair came out. She cut my bangs (which i never let people do cause it always comes out to short) and did little curtains and layers and it came out exactly how i always wanted it. She will forever have me as a customer!

I have enjoyed receiving styling services at Felix Andrew Salon Bamboo Pine Ridge for several years. It is a very comfortable environment and I love the Aveda products. My stylist, Ceyde has been a joy to work with. She is great with color, and works beautifully with my fine, thin hair. I truly enjoy the time spent in her chair. She is always very professional and provides a relaxing and friendly experience.

The lady they recommended when I booked appointment was definitely new to hair services. She had to step away a few times and once stepped away because she cut her finger as she was cutting my hair. My daughter also same day had an equally bad experience. The salon on entering reeked of chemicals. What a horrid horrid experience.

Only three stars because although I was happy with the hairdressers result, I had requested the appointment, based on the only price they told me for partial highlights. When I went to pay, they charged more than double and their reason: "a simple misunderstanding", as they assigned me a senior stylist. Very disappointing.

Alex was amazing she took her time did full head highlights that I was nervous about I had not had them before, she also made me feel pampered and gave me a great haircut and stlye.II will go back to her. I recommend her highly I was very happy!

Went to get a gloss treatment with Liz but ended up getting an express keratin treatment to combat frizz and increase shine instead. I left the salon with everything I asked for! Liz was sweet, listened and made good suggestions. The service took a little over an hour and my hair instantly felt manageable and is loving the keratin. Thanks Liz!

Ceyde keeps everything well-organized and clean at her salon. She was compassionate and understood my hair concerns and issues thoroughly. She provided me with the best hair wash for my sensitive scalp. I haven’t seen any split ends since a month after the haircut. I strongly refer her to anyone with damaged or thinning hair.

Very helpful and friendly stylist. I was visiting from out of town and all I knew was I wanted to donate if possible and I wanted my hair short again. They donated my hair for me (12 inches), and she gave me a great pixie cut. Forgot her name, but nice lady with pink hair. Thank you!

I went there on Thursday and when I called for an appointment I said I didn't have a preference of who trimmed my hair. After Holly cut my hair, I went to pay and was floored. They charged me $70!! I asked why and they said Holly is a top stylist so she costs more. I feel this is just bad business practice. They should have been upfront with me when I made the appointment and told me that she costs more than double of their regular stylists. I was very angry that normally it's $30 for a hair cut and I got charged $70. I'll never let that happen again Kind of a bait and switch type of thing.

I have been going to Felix Andrew Salon for 3 years! Just got my hair done on Saturday by Jen Lombardi. I received a bob style haircut and put my picture on Facebook and was pleased at my friends and families comments! She is a fantastic hair stylist, very professional, talented, and answered all of my concerns regarding my hair style! Thank you Jen for my new spring/summer look!! Keep up the good work!!

Tried it a couple times.. mediocre cut, girl smelled like cigs, asked for V line cut, went home, looked, was totally straight.. blar, will save me golds and go across the street.. also, I guess in naples, peace = mercedes?
