This place is hidden gem. Ever since me and my mom discovered this place, I stopped going to any other place for my mom’s haircut. I strongly recommend this place and Providence, She is artist. She suggests the right thing based on hair type and what will suite and look good depending on hair and face. Excellent manicure and pedicure Everyone (all staff) is so welcoming. This was my first time coming to this salon and Providence was absolutely amazing! It’s difficult to find someone who works with 4c type hair and she completely amazed me with her work! She was very knowledgeable and gave me her input on what would be suitable for me. A Brazilian coconut treatment was done on me and was the best treatment I’ve ever gotten done. Less frizz and easy to manage! So far I love the results after the treatment was done. Also being able to get my eyebrows done at the same time with the esthetician there was a big plus. The fact that it’s full service is so convenient and the experience was marvelous! I will definitely be back soon!

I was very glad to find this beautiful salon. I found the staff to be friendly, warm and accommodating. I was very impressed with how well they take care of your hair and listen to your needs. Providence gave me a phenomenal haircut and Stephanie also did an excellent job with my hair color and blow dry. I will definitely go back!

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 7 months now and I can surely tell you that these ladies know what they’re doing, when I started with them my hair was a mess but with the help of our professional hair stylist Providence and Stephanie, my hair got healthier than before, longer and longer. What I love is that they don’t just do hair they understand the science and study the foundation of our hair. Also there’s so many other services like nails, lashes, braiding services, you name it they have it. You won’t regret it all the ladies are amazing at they’re crafts!

I am so glad I found Providence! She is meticulous, takes her time and pride in what she does. She colors my roots, gives me low lights, conditioning treatments, and a trim and my hair feels like silk! She is also affordable, which is one of the many reasons I go back. I've had many compliments each time she does my hair and she wants her clients to be happy!

PROVIDENCE was purchasing product off of Facebook marketplace I waited over an hour... posted all product sold flat cost no picking out and trying to buy separate items... she then pushes to buy only a limited amount. 4-6:30 of her going through everything. Then take items out to her car... as we are loading i ask for payment and she does not want to pay... I told her payment must be done before you get in car. She then says forget the sale. Very unprofessional

I been having my hair colored, cut, and keratin treatment with Ms Providence , I believe she is the new owner of this new establishment. I live a distance away and have tried many closer salons However I was extremely elated and pleasantly surprised to find the staff all so welcomed and talented in their profession, Needless to say I highly recommend EL Arca..... I have been getting my hair cut here since 2007, I feel like I'm cheating if I even think about going somewhere else. I reccomend Andrea or Edith, but whoever takes care of you will make you look better leaving than when you showed up!!
