Nice shop and the boats used for the manatee tour is nice with only six passengers. Clean modern and has clothes food and souvenirs. Late spring and summertime is not best for finding manatees but we did see one.

Fun tour with Captain Joe as our guide. Manatees were mostly hiding with a few popping up quickly here and there. Saw alligators and possibly a crocodile. It's worth booking.

I've been on 2 manatee tours here with two different relatives from out-of-town. My experiences were completely different between the 2 trips. First guide knew where to take us and we saw lots of manatees, then we saw a bunch of crocodiles and alligators for the rest of the tour. My second trip was with an Inexperienced guide who was calling other guides to see where the manatees were. We saw the nose of 1 manatee, then went looking for the other wildlife. We saw 2 alligators and that was it in 1 1/2 hours. If in fact there are little or no wildlife to be seen at certain times, the tour operator should take responsibility and say that ahead of time to its potential customers. If on the other hand it was the inexperience of the tour guide, then the operator needs to make sure that doesn't continue in the future and bring that guide up to the level of the others.
