After 2 years I've found the groomer my dog and I love!
I'm a year round resident here in Naples, and finding a groomer who was perfect for my dog has been a challenge. My dog is not the issue, he is a short haired service animal only weighing 50lbs, but every place we tried just seemed to treat the animals in a very transactional way. That was until we found Paradise.
They take care of your dog, they take pride in the work they do, and they understand the importance of grooming for these dogs. Give them a try and you will never go anywhere else.

Took my chihuahua mix to get a regular bath and grooming. I was very pleased with Humberto’s work and customer service. His prices were very reasonable consider the work he does. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional job.
Omg never been so happy with my doggies cut!!! I’ve had him for 9 years and no place does a good job they just rush and shave my poor dog..... so terrible.. BUT THIS GUY IS AMAZING! Incredible incredible work that he does! So so happy I found an amazing groomer! A+++. Also, pricing not bad at all!!!! Very reasonable and he works with you !
My dog and I had a wonderful experience with this pet salon. I have a large German Shepard and asked that she be bathed and trimmed. She looked magnificent after her session. Her fur is silky and nice to the touch. Highly recommended. Joan from Carmel, New York.

I had taken my Persian cat to be bathed and given a puppy cut. When I got him home, he got out of the carrier and I almost fainted! His hair was all chopped up...you could see scissor lines in his hair...his front legs we’re trimmed, but his back legs were trimmed down to the shin then nothing. He told me that he had mats in his hair. I told him that I had just brushed and combed him prior to bringing him. I have never been so disappointed. He charged me $90.00 for this. If I had seen him prior to bringing him home; he would not have gotten the full price.
They may be good with dogs, but they are lousy with cats...at least Persian cats.
I have been to many pet groomers and it is hard to find a good one for my Lhasa Apso dog. The last one I had had accidently cut my dog and since then he has become hostile with anyone who is grooming him. After he bit the last groomer we has decided to try Paradise Pet Salon based on the good reviews I've read online. The man who groomed him was very attentive to what I said about his needs and his bad experiences. Because of this he took his time with my dog giving him frequent breaks. He told me because of my dog's bad experiences he was going to take a while with him (about six hours). Being as I would rather have my dog have a great experience than be rushed, I saw no problem with this. When I picked him up he was wagging his tail and happy as can be. The groomer mentioned that he wasn't hostile at all and never tried to bite him. My dog's haircut looked fantastic and he didn't have one scratch or nick on him. I was overjoyed that he had a pleasant experience. I will definitely be using Paradise Pet Salon as my new groomer for my dog.
Our dog has been ABUSED at “Paradise Pet Salon”- the first layer of his skin from his private parts has been stripped off, resulting in serious wounds and burns. The consequences of 6 hours length of service in the salon, have changed our dog to such extent that he is now constantly shaking and refusing to go for a walk and this has been lasting already a week after he has been “serviced”. We have documented everything and have taken pictures and videos of what Umberto and his staff have done to our precious puppy. We have filed a claim with the animal protection agency and we have submitted a report and have a case with the police. STAY AWAY from this place and his creepy owner! I am sharing what has happened to us, hoping that we can save another animal from the cruelty at Paradise Pet Salon!
My older long-haired GSD needs a lot of time and careful handling..Hugo was so worried when I dropped him off but completely comfortable when I picked him up. The grooming was really lovely, and the attention to his personal needs was terrific. I will only go to Humberto now and so should you.
Was quoted $65-$70 on the phone then was charged $80. Owner claimed my dog had some hair mats. If my maltese did they were minimal as I brush him everyday. There are other honest groomers i will go to next time!!
My long haired domestic cat is 10 years old, and her undercoat mats terribly. I found Paradise Pet Salon after moving to Ft. Meyers in 2015. I have taken her to Humberto to brush out the mats & shave only parts of her fur. I worried about getting the lion cut, fearing Lucy would be freaked out. Well, I finally bit the bullet and got the lion cut. Humberto took an angry, hurting cat and gave me back a happy, purring kitty! No small feat, as Lucy rarely purrs! She is literally prancing about the condo. She has started back grooming herself and loves being petted and fondled. I love what Humberto was able to do. The drive from here to Naples is nice and the results more than worth the ride. I trust no other cat groomer. Thank you Paradise Pets!!
Simon has been going to Paradise pet salon for 9 years he has never had a bad cut or a hot spot his toenails have never been cut so short that they bleed I have watched my dog with his groomer and I have to say they understand each other. When he walks out he knows he's got a great haircut.The ladies at the park call him the simonator. They think he's one macho dog and their all in love with him. Take your dog once and see for yourself promise you will like it 😀
Paradise Pet Salon has always given my little doggie a great experience! She is a 3# Yorkie and always looks great when she comes from her grooming appointment. I have recently rescued another Yorkie and am confident that Paradise will be able to make him look ever so handsome!

Umberto the owner is just a great person and he always does a fantastic job on my bichon Max, and if you go often Umberto may even toss you a 10$ card just because that's how he is. Bravo Umberto!

We had a Shih Tzu and this was the only place that could do the show groom or on the summer, a puppy cut!
They also boarded him and love dogs so much they took him home with them!

The shop should be black listed and closed down. They only know how to give a crew cut. What a ripoff! Only cash or check. No credit card. Never ever going there again. No wonder they are not busy whilst others are busy through April. I hope they go belly up.
Took my dogs there for a trim and they made them look like rats. Owner wouldn’t take credit card and didn’t even cut their hair evenly. Worst experience ever.
This place does a wonderful job with my two chihuahuas, they always come back happy and groomed very nicely.

We went on vacation to Naples for a week, and our Maltese dog was covered in mats. We thought we were going to lose her fur, but Humberto saved it. Not only did he make her look beautiful, but when we went to pick her up, she was happy and wanted to stay. This is very strange behavior for her, as she's very attached to us, and she always comes out shaking when we take her to the salon. This was the first time she came out super happy. I highly recommend him. Thanks Humberto! ❤️
