My husband and I decided to elope very last minute in Marco Island. I called several places to try and find hair and makeup services less than a week before the ceremony. Immediately after texting Roxanne at Pampered Image, she responded right away and said "I got you <3". She was able to schedule my mom, my sister in law, and myself to come in on Sunday, a day she is normally closed. I can't say enough about how wonderful she is, how nice the salon is, and how beautiful our hair and makeup was. I 10/10 recommend Pampered Image and will be using her beauty bar again!

Went to Pampered Image to get a pedicure with Merlin who was the absolute best!👌 She was kind, courteous, and did a wonderful job cleaning up my feet. Making them look and feel amazing. I also got the paraffin wax treatment which was the golden ticket! I walked out of there with my toes shining and twinkling and a laugh in my belly after conversing with all the fun clients and staff, plus Roxanne, the head lady herself. These people love what they do and I loved going! I will be back! Thank you Pampered Image!! 😊

Roxanne was AMAZING!!! Not only did she accommodate special hours to help me out, the blowout was BEAUTIFUL!! She knew exactly how to style my hair without me saying anything!! The nails were fantastic!!
I so appreciate her working me into her very busy schedule! She's also a genuine person- warm, funny, and down to earth! I wish I lived in Naples so I could see her all the time! I may just have to make the trip from Gainesville when I need a cut or style! 🤩 She's THAT good! I also saw her do amazing highlights and blowout for another customer while I was there- turned out GORGEOUS!!

Roxanne is an artist, and she takes pride in her work. Men don't always feel welcome in salons. Not only do I feel welcomed there, but I feel like she makes sure my haircut is perfect. She also does awesome events at the salon all the time. I think this sets her apart from other salons all this makes me a loyal client!

I went in for a mani/pedi, makeup and hair for my intimate wedding.
I’m in my upper 60’s and I’m not into a lot of makeup or hairspray/ratting. I’m much more of a “plain Jane””
Merlin was great with the nails and makeup! (Although I really questioned the fake eye lashes!)
The hair was my biggest obstacle!
I workout daily and it had been 2 days since my hair had been washed. I assumed that the salon would wash it.
I really wanted my hair down!
My “home” hair dresser, my soon-to-be husband and the professionals at pampered image said “hair up”!
This was really not me! (I felt like a raccoon with my make up and a rat’s nest with my hair!)
I went with the flow!
The look on my husband’s to-be’s face said it all! He broke into tears when he saw me!
When asked on a scale of 1 to 10, he said I was a 25!
Thank you Pampered Image for convincing me to do something out of my comfort zone!

Roxanne's strong personality, eccentric style, fun-loving spirit, artistic eye, and passion are showcased beyond compare in her lovely salon. "It's a vibe." The experience you get with her is like NO OTHER! She takes her time and makes sure her work is 100% the best, every single time! She's a perfectionist if you will and has stand out style and professionalism that makes you feel RAD. I got a cut and balayage with her and my transformation was out of this world! (see pics) I left with more confidence and was definitely feeling myself. Fast forward to 10 months later with no touch ups on color and one hair cut in between, and I am STILL getting so many compliments on my hair color. Needless to say, if you haven't been pampered at Pampered Image, what the heck are you waiting for!? Show yourself some love and GET IN THERE!

Had make up and hair done for a wedding. Unfortunately did not have the best experience because we witnessed the team bickering with each other. The same make up brushes and sponges were used on everyone without being cleaned in between. I ended up developing a stye that has lasted for months.

If you know what you need and want someone to listen to you with follow through, I highly recommend Roxanne. Take an hour or two for yourself to be with Roxanne, and she will remind you that you're an invaluable soul and deserve a brief pause for some pampering. Becca is the best nail tech; they really do pamper you from the minute you walk through the door. it’s the only salon I know who not only do acrylics or hard gel with nice designs but also includes a full manicure cleaning and rehydrate you with parafin and hot towels.
