This review comes from someone who spent years dealing with dental anxiety after a terrible experience. We recently moved from California to Naples, so the search for new doctors began—and I’m extremely careful when it comes to choosing any provider. I’m thrilled that I found this dental office on the very first try. Dr. Greenough, Ann, and the entire team are fantastic. I’ve been in twice this past week and have felt welcomed and completely at ease from the moment I walked in. They addressed all my concerns and answered every question with confidence and genuine reassurance. What impressed me most is that I can get both my implant and Invisalign done right here, without the referrals I was expecting. So far, I couldn’t be happier. They’re conveniently located, work with your insurance, offer reasonable pricing, and have been incredibly thorough with everything I’ve needed.

My girlfriend went to Palm Royal Dental Care in Naples for a specific concern about her wisdom teeth, not for a cleaning. What happened instead was genuinely traumatic. The staff member who first worked on her barely spoke English, which made communication difficult from the start. Even after my girlfriend clearly explained that she has very sensitive gums, the hygienist began aggressively poking and scraping her teeth and gums without any anesthetic, even though it was available. Her gums were bleeding, and she was in tears. She described it as feeling like something out of a horror movie. To make things worse, the same hygienist started talking about braces and other procedures that had nothing to do with the reason she came in. It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and completely disconnected from her actual concern about her wisdom teeth. When the actual dentist came in, she was kind and professional, which was appreciated, but by that point the damage was already done. My girlfriend left shaken, in pain, and feeling completely unheard. We are sharing this so others know what to expect. No one should have to go through something like this at a dental office.

I brought my son to see the dentist. They did a preliminary check-up and x-rays. I met with the dentist, and she provided a treatment plan to fill a few cavities and seal some other issues. The plan had two visits, which we just completed today. As we were leaving, they gave me another appointment for two more visits. I said I thought the work was all done. The nurse said, "no there is more, we were going to tell you." I showed them the initial "plan" and asked why I wasn't told of this before. She repeated, "we were going to tell you." I said this sounded like sketchy. I want to know why they would hide the whole treatment plan. I should have been told from the first visit. Apparently, the office manager is going to get back with me soon. Be careful with these people.

This dental practice rates higher than any other medical practice I have ever been to. I was a new patient and saw me due to a dental emergency. They fit me in to their busy schedule in less than 24 hours. The front desk is so kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They operate quite efficiently. The Dental Hygenist and Assistant were the best i have ever had. Alicia is the heart and sole of that practice and immediately makes you feel like you are her only patient and best friend. An onlay fell off my molar just before I left Colorado to come here for vacation. Dr Fries cleaned up the tooth and cemented it back on after several X-rays by his assistant, Selena. In and out in less than an hour. Very professional care. I would highly recommend this practice.
