Scheduled an urgent appointment this morning online. I came later in the day to be welcomed by staff at front desk. Within 1.5 hours I was out the door with a new filling. They advertise $79 for service of xrays and cleaning, but after they do xrays, they "determine" that you don't qualify for the basic cleaning in the $79 package and they charge you several hundred dollars EXTRA. Not that impressed with this place. It’s shiny & new, but the dental care seemed to be lacking. I struggled to understand what both the dental tech & dentist (Dr. Greer) were saying because of heavy accents they had. I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion & to get the actual dental work done.

Spent 2 1/2 hours there for cleaning and an x Ray and they didn’t even do the cleaning. Them they told me about a promo for whitening and when I went to the check out desk to book the appointment they told me the promo wasn’t even active. Wasted almost 3 hours of my life. Won’t ever go again.

Was overall a positive experience. I was seen on an emergency basis as I have a toothache and infection. Antibiotics prescribed and a treatment plan ready. The personnel was a pleasure to deal with, including the dentist, assistant and front desk.
