A few weeks ago, I had a “small” filling done on my wisdom tooth that progressively worsened, causing severe pain when drinking anything that wasn’t body temperature. Once we arrived in Naples for the winter, I needed to find a dentist quickly. Naples Premier Dentistry was conveniently located and accepted our insurance, so I booked an appointment online and was seen within a few days. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease right away. Dr. Meadows was kind, compassionate, and thorough. She identified remaining decay in the tooth and an infection at the root. She immediately prescribed antibiotics and scheduled an extraction to allow the medication to work beforehand. I’ve had upper wisdom teeth removed before, so I wasn’t looking forward to the procedure. However, Dr. Meadows completely exceeded my expectations! The extraction was surprisingly smooth, with minimal discomfort. She provided clear, simple aftercare instructions and even called the following morning to check on me—a thoughtful touch that really stood out. I also appreciated her willingness to send a picture of the tooth to my dentist back home for their records. This level of communication and attention to detail was impressive. I highly recommend Naples Premier Dentistry and Dr. Meadows. I’ll continue seeing them during my time in Naples!

They will do everything to rip you off as much as possible. Told me I needed root canal’s when I only needed was crowns. Got a cleaning and asked for only what insurance covers and they claimed other services anyways such other screening services. My whole family USED to go there and each had a bad experience.

Called on 7/25 to get an 8/22 appointment. Asked them to confirm insurance. Received a call that they would. Bumped appointment up a few days as a tooth was bothering me. They called to see if I could come early, as in 10 minutes before their desired time. Sticking with my original time, I am 10 minutes from arrival and they call to say they don’t accept my insurance. Get your act together! Took the day off work. No respect for others schedules. Super frustrated!!!

I have been left speechless with the rude treatment received from the person who answered my call. I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Meadow for almost three years. Unfortunately I was not able to make an appointment before due to problems with illnesses and death of close relatives and to my surprise the secretary or person who answered the phone could not help me with the only appointment that was available for September 26 at 8:30 am. I told this person that the appointment was very close to the time I left work. This person did not take into account how long I have been a patient at this clinic when giving me a no for an answer when I tried to arrive half an hour later. I have the highest opinion of Dr. Meadows but I will not return to this clinic after such a heartless treatment. I'm a nurse and I understand how medical appointments work but your customer service is really useless. As I already said, neither I nor my husband will return to this clinic nor will I recommend it to anyone else of my friends.

I was on vacation from central Wisconsin when I started having extreme pain under one of my molars. Naples Premier Dentistry quickly set up an appointment for me to come in and have it checked out the next morning. Their staff was very friendly and understanding of my needs. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a prescription for antibiotics that would help me get through my vacation. The I could have my dentist follow through with the recommended root canal prior to installing the final crown on my tooth.. They forwarded the information to my dentist to follow through on. Their pricing for the work they did was right where I expected it to be.

I've been seeing different dentist all of my life I have TMJ never had a dentist office be more caring about that the x-rays were not painful at all the technician was awesome the gentleman Marshall who actually did my cleaning was awesome I would highly recommend him to anybody and the dentist wasn't too bad either LOL
