I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m so impressed with how they took care of my fur baby! They really listened to what I asked for and nailed it – that’s never happened before. The staff was super friendly, fast, and professional. Plus, they’re so close to my house, I’m definitely sticking with them from now on. Thank you so much! We are very pleased with the grooming that our Malti poo Lucky received at Love Pets Grooming and more! The staff was great! They listened to what I wanted, and gave Lucky a haircut exactly how I requested. He looks so good! We will definitely be taking Lucky there for future groomings!

I’ve been taking my dog Eevee a golden doodle for several years now. They are wonderful people who love their job and listen to you and will also give you their professional recommendations. I love that they are quick so that way my dog isn’t spending hours at the groomers.

Very reasonably priced. My sister recently got a Wheaton Terrier puppy and as she's still young she doesn't do well with sitting still, they work wonders here and are always very friendly and quick the few times Dahlia has been groomed! They also do a beautiful job keeping the youthful shape of her face and paws...comes home looking adorable!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE (coming from a loyal client since 2015) if I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal client to this “establishment” since 2015. I have used them for every single one of my animals that I’ve ever had. on April 26 of 2025 I took Coco and Chanel to get haircuts and baths Like I do every couple of months. Today, April 29 of 2025. Chanel woke me up at four in the morning with a horse cough due to a bacterial infection that she got from this groomer. I was freaking out because this has never happened to me before I rushed her to the animal hospital as quickly as I could. they were able to treat her thank God they gave me medicine for her and they gave me a specific protocol to follow. They said that the cause of her respiratory infection was due to this groomer! I proceeded to call the groomer and ask for a refund of the service not only because i had to call off of work but also because my bill for the vet was $913 and I needed some sort of compensation for what they did to my dog. I called and I was very polite at first until the owner got very disrespectful and claimed that I had signed a piece of paper in 2015 that claims that they are not responsible for any sickness. I then ask her to find the piece of paper and email it to me and her excuse for not finding the paper was I was an “ancient client” so she apparently could not find the paper. I told her that if I don’t get a refund, I’m going to get lawyers involved and that’s Exactly what I’m going to do. My dog is in horrible pain and has to be quarantined from my other dogs FOR AT LEAST 40 DAYS which makes my life 10 times more difficult. just because this place is FILTHY and full of bacteria, that will affect your dogs and send you deep into vet bills for your sake, and ur pets sake, Do not bring your furry friend here you will regret it.

After giving them a good review they doubled the prices without posting or telling anyone. from $35 to $45 and then to $60 and didn't cut him the way I asked. He won't be going back. (I was tipping very well to begin with!)

Very impressed! I called, and they got me in the next day. I dropped my dog off at 9:30 and they were done by 11:15. They listened to what I asked, and his cut looks amazing. I went to the groomer named Alexandra. Everyone was very nice, I will definitely be back.

Horrible place of establishment they do not take any accountability for harming and getting dogs sick the owner is very unprofessional so many have lost and dogs have gotten sick because of this establishment what a disgrace if you take your dog here and just drop it off not knowing what they are doing you should stop you don’t want to lose your dog or have to pay thousands of dollars to keep your dog alive horrible

This is our second time using Love Pets Grooming and I have to say I’m so happy that I found them! The lady that answers the phone and works the front desk is super nice and friendly. The place is super convenient, very clean and I’m very pleased with them!

They were amazing to my Airedale terrier. I’m so very happy and the price was reasonable compared to a Facebook group of people stating prices from their own groomers. Now I can see why this owner has been at this location for more than ten years at least.

They have a new owner. New management. They're very nice very professional. Baby loves it there and so do I. I bring him there quite often. They treat him like their own baby. They are not like the old owners that just didn't care these people care are compassionate and are professionals. Highly recommend them

Our first trip to this groomer and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our pet is an 80 pound yellow lab with a very thick coat. She came out with the softest fur and, smelled terrific. She stayed that way for weeks. I am very happy that we found this groomer.

HORRIBLE. MY DOG NOW HAS 6 STAPLES IN HIS LEG. So I brought my dog Tony in for a standard cut and groom around 11 am. Tony, a Maltese mix, is a small dog (14lbs). At 4 pm I received a phone call that there had been an "accident" and they would explain what happened when we got there. I was told that he "moved" when they were cutting his hair and they had cut him. Tony had to get 6 staples between his back leg and tummy. Now, I cut my own hair and have got small cuts from getting too close, but I don't understand how they had cut him so bad that he needed 6 staples. Also I should have been contacted so that I was aware of what was happening. It doesnt help that there was no manager working at the time. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They are inexperienced and unable to do their job. I understand accidents happened but the way they handled this situation was very unprofessional.

NO VENGAN AQUÍ! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! This is the worst groomer I have ever been to! There owner is disrespectful and unprofessional! She is clueless as to how to run an actual business. I took my dog in for a simple nail trim and after him crying hard!!! They would whisper that his nail was bleeding and I noticed he had been bleeding badly when we were home. They didn’t take the time to explain to me that their staff member did the job too fast! She just cut and did not look to see where the vain was! I watched the entire thing and it wasn’t till the end that my poor dog cried and the owner came by to try to cut even more. I foolishly thought it was my dog just being scared of the noises. The other staff member had to tell her that she had already cut short. They were a little nervous and handed me the dog later. I then called to have them explain why he was bleeding and frustrated they didn’t communicate this to me when I left! The owner played the “I am the owner card” and “call whoever you want” she has no care for the customers feelings. The staff is not trained well & are not equipped to do this job. DO NOT COME HERE! They are never busy and now I see why!

On 3-15-14 I needed a quick grooming of my 11 year old retriever. I called, a man answered. In two hours the job was done perfectly. I will return. Decor needs serious updating but overall: good, cheap and fast. Oh and they love dogs!
