Stay away at all costs!
We spent many thousands of dollars with Kravet.
Awful quality…delivered filthy sofas, delayed replacement, endless misrepresentations about timing.
Basically a scam with designers and decorators to milk affluent customers.
Apart from flawed sofas, a cabinet was delivered damaged.
Calls to customer service generate a total runaround. Kravet refuses to help. Says go to the designer.
Designer says they call Kravet and get no response.

A+++ the staff are top notch! The selection and pricing are terrific. Location and parking is super helpful for the Naples market.

The fabric selections are wonderful but stay away from the furniture! I bought a sofa that is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever owned (as well as being the most expensive). Never again!!!
