I visited Kirsch Dermatology for a skin issue that had been discovered back home. The entire staff was inviting, friendly, and extremely helpful. I met Kaitlyn (PA) for a consultation and was very impressed with her friendly manner and listening skills. She carefully explained what needed to be done, and I was scheduled for surgery. Everyone involved was wonderful, and my recovery was simple and uneventful. Thanks to Kaitlyn and the staff - I would recommend Kirsch Dermatology to everyone.

My first visit with them and extremely disappointed. I booked an appointment for a rash on arms and they checked a spot on my lip because they can't biopsy unless the rash was active. Instead they recommended we look at a spot on my lip and wanted to biopsy it. They did. Came back precancerous and booked an appt.. I called 3 times to ask if I could talk to a nurse about treatment options. Not ONE CALL BACK ! I have insurance, am better, but they won't take it. They just want you to go in and spend money to "discuss". Going back north where a reliable doctor is available! Terrible customer service in NAPLES where the risk of skin cancer is high. 3 calls not returned is unacceptable

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Carly Maher at Kirsch Dermatology. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and never made me feel rushed (rare among drs). The office was clean, the staff friendly, and Carly went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She was gentle and full of knowledge. She even suggested more advanced testing options that exceeded my expectations, and provided great tips to keep costs down. Her assistant Melissa (?) was also excellent and was very thorough. I went in as a new patient because my usual dermatologist couldn’t fit me in, and I think I’m now switching to Carly as my primary. Highly recommend!

A special thank you to Nurse Daisy, who truly went above and beyond during my visit for my husband PDT light therapy treatment. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her warm and friendly approach made all the difference, and I felt completely at ease in her care.
It's rare to come across healthcare professionals who combine expertise with such genuine compassion.
