I and my family have used Dr Cait for years for everything from basic cleanings, orthotics and extractions. Just this week she took me in with less than 24 hours notice to extract a split and infected molar. She and her staff are easy to work with and are up front with pricing and insurance coverages. You simply will not find a more caring and capable dentist than Dr Cait McLaughlin.
Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cait for many many years. She is by far the best caring, kind and professional dentist we know . She goes out of her way to care for a patient in pain and gives priority to emergency care over her personal life. We have insurance that she totally accepts, I would think that if I did have a problem with insurance I would take it up with my insurance agent . We appreciate that she is a family dentist and children are always welcome. Her front office help is pleasant and greets us always with a smile and hello how are you today.

She is extremely considerate and I would have no hesitation, referring people to her. In fact, I have referred many of my friends to her. She is an outstanding dentist. She is especially compassionate when you have an emergency.
Dr. Cait is the best! She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and took the time to show me everything that was wrong with my teeth. Her office is so nice and clean. And her staff is kind and professional! My son said that Dr. Cait did a much better job than his last Dentist we use to go to. We will be back again.
Dr. Cait is excellent! I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit to her office. She is super thorough and compassionate. The office is neat and clean and she has modern equipment that she uses to help show you exactly what she is doing. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

Very disappointed in the service. cait has her son at the front desk dealing with customers , telling us that they take insurance. They make you sign a document they are not responsible if insurance doesn’t cover their outrageously high services. No prices or costs disclosed. Her son took out insurance info and advised they take our insurance. Then they billed us for THOUSANDS of dollars! Cait called us and said that she DORS NOT take insurance!! So how come your son didn’t advise us of this info BEFORE we sat in your chair?!
This clinic acts in BAD FAITH! We will go out of our way to make sure the community knows NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICES!!!

Broke the cement on my permanent retainer behind my top front teeth, which can happen occasionally. Called a couple dozen dentists in Naples to see about getting it re-cemented, price quote, and could fit me in right away before my teeth could move around.
Only 6 of the couple dozen dentists I called were either willing to do the procedure, or were willing to give a price quote up front. Only 3 of those 6 could get me in quickly, same week. The price quote was about the same for each of the three, and I ultimately chose Dr. Cait Smiles Dentistry because Anna (the dental hygienist/assistant who was answering the phone) was by far the most pleasant, upbeat, and helpful person I spoke with out of the couple dozen offices I called.
Dr. Cait did a great job re-cementing my retainer and making sure the new cement didn't interfere with my bite. She also gave some good suggestions and alternatives to keeping my permanent retainers and improving my alignment and bite, which I may consider.
I moved to Naples Florida 2 years ago and have been searching for a dentist the whole time. I have used medical source, insurance leads, read reviews, and asked around for referrals however I have never been able to get a dentist that is a part of my care. they leave it to the hygienist who appeared to be turnover at each location by the time you go back for 6 month cleaning. When I finally needed work done [crown], the dentist took 6+ months to work on the crown fit in my mouth, I went through terrible pain because it did not fit right, spent a lot of time off work for appointments, and finally it caused damage to near by tooth that I had to get a root canal! I received referral for Dr Cait from my cosmetologist. Took a chance and I have been so happy with her professionalism, her personal care, and the office staff is wonderful!! So happy I was complaining to someone who shared a dentist referral :) now I am the one making referrals
Dr. Cait went above and beyond in all aspects of my complicated issues. A limited timeline and other challenges only seemed to motivate this outstanding dentist. The team in this office is truly in it for the right reasons. I no longer have to hide my smile!!!
Fantastic service. Had broken tooth, scheduled next day and had best dental experience ever! Like many others, I don’t like going to dentist but Dr Cait was able to put me at ease and get tooth fixed! Will be going back and telling friends.
