Discount Dumpster Services was awesome to work with. This was our first time ordering a dumpster and it couldn't have gone better. From the initial phone call to the final invoice, the office staff was informative and pleasant. The drivers showed up on time when they said they would for both drop off and pick up. We even had some overage on the tonnage, but were well-informed about that prior to signing the contract. We will definitely use Discount Dumpster Services again.

Look no further! I can’t say enough good things about Discount Dumpster Services! I had a wonderful experience with them. They are so easy to work with and really dependable. I needed a dumpster at short notice, called and was delivered before 12 o’clock. Very good service. They were also very flexible in terms of returning the dumpster and we’re willing to help out in anyway possible. Girl on the phone that orchestrated the Deliveries and pick up, was very cordial and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company

I’ve been using discount dumpster services for the last month in which I have swapped it three times for a job I’m doing and I can say these guys are very polite and they care about what they do. From the drivers that deliver them to the people working at the office, I’m very pleased with the way I’ve been treated. I’d definitely recommend this company for whoever is in need of a dumpster. We would not reccomend. We had a dumpster delivered and it seemed like the delivery driver was in a rush to just drop it and leave. We wanted it placed in another portion of the driveway as to try to protect the weaker pavers on the edge of the driveway. The guy dropped it and left. This ultimately resulted in damage to our paver driveway on pick up, where pavers where sunken in and the wheels gouged the driveway in full length. After the dumpster was picked up, which we were not notified they were coming so we were not at the house, we were charged another 400 dollars for what they indicated was over weight by 4 tons. We were allowed 2 tons of weight in the rental. When asked to be contacted about both the damage and the charge, we were not contacted by a manager. We were emailed by another member of staff and told there is nothing they’d do for the damage and I’d have to take the weight concern up with the landfill weigh station scale and the state of Florida. We understood there may of been a chance we’d be a little over the 2 ton allowance and were prepared to pay a fee. But we are highly suspect of this charge in its amount. All we were looking to do is compromise and this damage and charges but they have our money now and seem to care less. Be cautious.

I would not recommend this company due to made up extra charges. First it was a charge for a bicycle in the dumpster. They could not prove it but charged my credit card an extra $460.00 anyways. Now they said we were overweight second dumpster was half full. Rip off company there was definitely no discount passed onto our company.

I left a message about a dumpster in our complex last night. This morning at 8:00 am I received a call back from Caroline. To be honest I was still in bed but she was so great, polite, and compassionate. Being a business owner myself I know that it’s the the employees that make a great company Caroline is a great employee. I would certainly recommend this company.

We had a dumpster delivered for a cleanup project. Delivery and pickup were smooth. When I initially placed the order, I was told I could call and change the pickup date without any fees. When I tried to do this I was told there is a $25/day fee.
