Got both my upper wisdom teeth removed here a few months ago. Easiest and quickest dental appointment ever. The staff was nice. The doctor was calm and helpful. I like to know what is happening, and he was explaining every step, wasn't bothered at all like some doctors. Recovery time was much faster than I was expecting (no pain after the 3rd day). Great office!

I called this office while I had excruciating pain needing an emergency root canal. The office assistant, Ana, compassionately listened to me and did everything to accommodate me for the procedure during a cancellation for the next day.
On the day of the procedure, the dental assistant Lissa was the warmest and kindest making me feel at ease. Dr. Galsterer did the work expertly and the same day I felt pain-free. The following day I was able to get back to my life.
I’m so grateful for the professionalism and excellent care I received! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and professionalism!!! From the receptionist to Dr. Broderick, the whole team is well trained and a with an authentic desire to make you feel good. Dr. Broderick has "angel hands"; I had a tooth extracted and the implant placed in the same visit and it went exceptionally well - I almost fell sleep during the procedure! Indeed this is one of my best dentist experiences I have ever have in my 64 years. Another well satisfied customer!

Today it was my last visit of my implant surgery, I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience from start to finish at dental specialty Center of Naples!
Ana and Marthella in the front office are absolute amazing and made things so easy and comfortable throughout my implant surgery. I have rescheduled my appointment so many time, they have done it with so patient and nicely customer service, they can make everything possible, doctor Broderick the implant surgeon and team are amazing she has done my surgery and bone graft totally painless, I am so glad that have chosen this clinic. I can’t say enough great things and I thank them for the care they provided to me! I will look to them for any dental work needed in the future..

I was able to make an appointment quickly with a referral from my dentist. The overall experience was very good and positive. Staff were able to answer questions quickly and added to the good experience. Dr. Galsterer provided a good experience and I would recommend him for anyone requiring his skill set.
Overall I am very happy with my visit to this office.

Dr. Hall was great! I had an extraction and bone grafting done. He was very professional and had good bedside manner. I was expecting a lot of pain afterwards, because I’ve had this procedure done before in the past at a different location. This time I was a lot less sore and didn’t need to take medicine to manage the pain after the first day.

A special thank you to Dr Broderick and her staff from my first visit until the completion of three dental implants. She was caring, professional, and her expertise was so very much appreciated. I arrived with a front missing tooth and a household of guests & a planned party that night. Her staff worked in union with our dentist from that emotional day forward until the implants placed & ready for the crowns . I am so grateful for this excellent dental work. A special thanks to the staff here at the Naples location, i came to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was reasonably anxious however Marthela the office manager eased my nerves and Dr Hall made sure i was well informed and was mentally prepared before the operation. All the anxiety, apprehension, and frazzled nerves was for nothing! Dr. Galsterer was wonderful! He is calming and immediately put me at ease. I was there for a root canal, and he assured me it was going to be quick, easy, and little to no pain. I felt NOTHING! He is amazing and I will never have any fear should I need to return for a procedure. His assistant, Lisa, was the same. She explained everything that Dr. Galsterer would be doing before he started. Again, very calming and comforting. The front desk ladies were also very friendly.
I would highly recommend Dr. Galsterer and Dental Specialty Center of Naples to everyone!

Dr. Galsterer is amazing. Had two root canals. First one had absolutely no pain following. The second had very little pain even though he did more work then was required of him. He really went above and beyond. His assistant was so kind and amicable
and made the experience much more comfortable. Even the receptionist called me with a cancellation and was so patient and nice as I know she must have stayed later because of it. Highly recommend!
