Marcelo did a wonderful job grooming my girl. Very clean facility, and I really liked having a set appointment time rather than having to leave my dog there in a crate with a bunch of other dogs for the day. Highly recommended!

Terrific service. Terrific atmosphere. Trustworthy!!! Leaving your little family members is a big deal so I'm taking the time to write this for anyone who loves their dog (s) and is wanting a special place to take them to be groomed. Small enough that I'm comfortable leaving my dogs with them knowing that they're going to be taken care of as "individuals". I had used a previous groomer for six years and changing was really hard.. A woman I would see walking her dog every morning told me to try Custom Grooming and I cannot express how great the experience was and I continue to bring my dogs there and highly recommend them to any dog owner. They really care and do great cuts.

We love Custom Grooming, they are the BEST in Naples. They are very accommodating and are able to get our dog in quickly and get him groomed very quickly too. He goes in a mess and comes out looking GREAT. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. We LOVE you guys.

My husband and I moved from Portland, OR to Naples August 2015 for his job. We tried two other groomers - one in Naples who insisted she understood "hand stripping" technique and another in Estero who charged $$$$ for a day at the dogie spa. So VERY happy to find a place close to where we live, that knows how to groom my Cairn Terrier for a very reasonable $60 plus other basics (anal glands, nails, etc). Marcelo is amazing and so nice. Definitely recommend for anyone who has a Terrier and needs a professional to strip coat.

I took my Portuguese Water Dog (very curly coat) to get groomed at Custom Grooming for the first time last Friday. After all the grooming incidents in the past with other groomers, here in Naples and back home in Canada, I was a little anxious. Marcelo, the groomer responsible for large dog, asked me all the right questions (how short I wanted the coat, ears, legs, etc). He immediately built a rapport with my pooch. I was amazed how beautiful she was when I picked her up and how he totally understood my grooming preferences. He also alerted me of an issue he noticed which I will raise with my vet. I was delighted. In my chat with Marcelo, I learned that he used to groom terriers (I used to show Airedales) and schnauzers for shows back home in Brazil. If you want someone who can hand strip a terrier coat, I'd go to him. Not a fancy grooming salon, but very clean and -obviously -talented and caring staff

My daughters new puppy had a wonderful experience at Custom Grooming. We had tried two other groomers prior to going there and we were very surprised when they said they had trouble giving him a puppy cut. Custom grooming had no problem at all and he looked perfect. They even had a video of him on their Facebook page trimming his feet. I saw a great quality of love for the dogs that were there they we're cuddled and kissed. I'm here from PA for 3 weeks and our little girl Lizi needed a shampoo and cut. Went to custom groomers and they took her the next day. Wow, they did a great job and Lizi was so happy. I highly recommend them!

LOVE this place! I bring my two cats here for nail trimming and comb outs (part maine coon, so very fluffy!). They are always so nice here - price is right, service is great and you can't beat the location!
