I would give them 10 stars if I could. In February, went to Dr Newman when my Mainecoon, Xen, was sick, because no one else would take me on such short notice. Unfortunately I was only able to take him there twice before he passed on, but Dr Newman and his team did anything and everything they could and went above and beyond for my boy and even offered support for grief. Kindness, compassion, and a love for animals is so important in this field and it radiates off of this clinic. thank you all for taking care of my boy. you are amazing people.

Great vet and staff. We have been going to them for 15 years. Always very accommodating. Best Vet in Naples. Sasha mini pin 12 years old Roco 4 year old rescue. 2 Savannah cats Taz 1.5 years and Cleopatra 1 year old.

I wasn't going to post anything because everyone was very nice but felt I should say something to alert others. My cat was sick and they fit me in right away, even as a new patient (the reason for the extra star). Prior, we had been going to Harborside for 9 years. The part that bothers me the most is paying a $444 vet bill for no answers. I asked the technician and the vet what was causing his issues and they both said that it could be a number of things. I don't understand how I could be charged that much money for not knowing what was wrong. He got bloodwork, a nausea shot, a fecal sample, an appetite stimulant and nausea med. This wouldn't have been more than $300 (high end but want to be fair) at Harborside and not once have I ever left without an answer. I decided to not give him the meds because in the 7 years I've had my cat, have never been told that he needs to gain weight. I also didn't have confidence to give the medication with no underlying cause. Lastly, parents know best.

Excellent veterinary surgeon. I am a surgeon and am so impressed with the alertness and quick healing my dogs had after their procedures. The vet knows exactly how much anesthesia to provide. A rare talent. He is the best I have encountered !

Dr. Newman has been our vet for 12 years. He has always given our cats and dogs excellent care. He takes his time and makes sure he has explored all potential problems. The staff is friendly and caring. We know we will always receive the best care possible for our animals.

Dr. Newman and the staff is very tentative to make sure our dogs needs are met and taken care of in the most effective way. This is one of the best vets that we have been to, and you can honestly tell Dr.Newman tries his best to fit the needs of not only the pet, but the family as well. He is the most caring, compassionate, and understanding veterinarian that I have ever met. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a vet because this is the best place for your pet to receive the best care possible.

Front desk (Julia) is very caring and has a great personality. Dr is very straight forward and doesn't dig into your pocket. I have two cats that needed care. He attended to my concerns without trying to insist more unnecessary work like most other doctors would. Both my babies are home loan and happy. No side effects (both had surgery) I am grateful for Crossroads Veterinary Clinic. I would definitely recommend to animal lovers. My sister now brings her cat too. Too bad they don't do reptiles.

We have been seeing Dr. Newman for close to 19 years now. He is very kind and professional individual. Extremely caring, even if the situation is bad. Yes, I had to go and get "second opinions" from time to time, but never had a controversial diagnosis. I still consider him to be the best in greater Naples area.

We have had good experiences here with our 3 dogs! One is quite fearful and they have handled her beautifully. The staff are all friendly and helpful and you don't have to wait a long time to schedule appointments.

We have been going to this vet for about 4 years. Quality of care has decreased so dramatically. He has too many patients to know what’s going on or spend any time with the patient. We will not go back and don’t recommend this vet.

My sister and I rescue dogs. We have always found Dr. Newman and his staff to be caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Newman has a wonderful manner with our dogs and provided excellent care. I highly recommend his services!!!!!!.

If this is where you want to go to waste your time and money and get “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure” as an answer to every single question you have for the doctor, then this is the vet for you. I had some questions for the vet about my female dog and could not got one straight forward answer, everything was “I’m not sure”.. and then poked her her belly, looked inside her mouth and somehow that came out to be a $100 visit. Don’t recommend.

After receiving a neuter voucher from VSA, I took my cat in for his neuter, expecting to pay the $30 voucher fee and a rabies tag. When I booked the appointment over the phone, the receptionist I spoke to confirmed that because I have the voucher, all I would be responsible for was a $30 neuter fee plus a rabies tag (usually $10). When I brought my cat in to be neutered however, I was presented with $130 bill. There was a $60 examination fee that was never explained to me when I booked the appointment and asked about the charges, and the rabies tag was $37. I’m sure that this is a great vet hospital, based on the reviews, but if you are looking to use them in conjunction with any of the local animal rescue vouchers or services, they are incredibly overpriced and have hidden fees. If I would’ve been told when I booked the appointment about the $60 exam fee and overly expensive rabies tag, I would’ve gone to a different vet at the get go.

I don't understand how this veterinary clinic has such great reviews... My dog was not sent with an e collar after surgery had to bring him back because he had an infection and was given antibiotics. Well his infection got worse so I decided to get a second opinion. My dog was put on the wrong antibiotic dosage given at crossroads and ended up with a fever. I called the front desk to explain why my dog was not returning and the receptionist hung up on me. It was extremely unprofessional and the fact that my dog was feeling worse after the visit tells me that this place is careless. I would strongly discourage anyone looking for a new vet to try this place....

DO NOT!!! take your pet here unless its not health related. We were Referred to this back by another vet that was fully booked and couldn't take us in. Crossroads had plenty of available appointments. (I understand why now). So after 2mths of 3 different antibiotics and a few hundred $$$ plus them saying its very unusual for a puppy to have this aliment and If this or that dont work we will get a xray. Well our puppy still has the aliment it hasn't gotten any better. So after the first two didn't work they decided to drag there feet and tried a third antibiotics even though the first 2 failed. Now they are unsure and dont have time to give her a x-ray. They referred me to someone else which makes me believe they have lack of knowledge or experience. Biggest joke of a vet ive seen. In my opinion they really dont care and are just there for a paycheck. Hopefully this hasn't taken a toll on our puppies immune system or life expectancy. Obviously they don't care about returning customers, but maybe they can explain to my child next time he asks why our puppy is still sick. I would leave zero stars but I cant...
