This new dentist is terrific!! She was so in tune to what I needed. I thought I had a broken tooth and she took extra time to take X-rays and used a camera to be extra sure I was good. The staff is terrific. This is much improved from the old dentist that owned this practice. They have all new equipment now and no longer need the photos where they hold the light that explodes (from the 1800’s).

This was a great dental practice until the founder sold out to private equity who ruined the place. Most of the positive reviews are from prior to the sale and not representative of the current situation. I was scheduled for an implant and on the morning of the appointment I got a call that some new dentist had taken over but not to worry because the new one could do it. Zero notice and zero concern. So unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and find a dentist that owns the practice not some faceless group of investors that couldn’t care less.

I have had a great experience today with a new dentist to me she is Marisela Lavermicocca, DMD at Complete Dental Care of Naples. Her whole vibe is zen like. Gentle and kind. Most importantly she is excellent at her profession. I am so happy to have her now as my dentist and I feel very comfortable in her care. I guarantee you will like her!! The entire staff are professional and friendly too!!!

I had a hip replacement in July and didn’t realize that I had to take an antibiotic before any dental work for at least a year. When I filled out my info, I had mentioned my surgery. They asked if I had taken antibiotic. When I said “no”, I thought they would have to reschedule, but they took my surgeons name and location. They contacted his office and found that I should be on an antibiotic. Then they had antibiotics right at their office. I was able to get my cleaning done and only took a little longer.
