I had my first visit with Dr. Alberto Bolanos yesterday, and it was a great experience! Even though the air conditioning wasn’t working, the whole team was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Irene, one of the technicians, was especially kind and patient. Dr. Bolanos took his time to explain my x-rays, answer my questions, and give me a clear second opinion. He’s very professional, easy to talk to, and truly cares about his patients. I’m happy to have found this office and plan to bring my family here as well. Looking forward to my cleaning tomorrow!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I had an appointment later in the day and I guess hygienist didn't like this. She used so much force in my mouth, My mouth bled so much and my headache hurt all night because she was so rough. I don't think this office is fond of non Hispanic people. After my cleaning I asked to see the dentist to inquire about Invisalign. He flat out told me he couldn't do it for me and didn't even examine my teeth. He hurried off. I was actually referred to this office by a Hispanic coworker who had gotten her Invisalign there. I ended up going to Dr Kreiger in bonita and my teeth turned out beautifully. The way I was treated was without compassion and tenderness.

I had the beat experience at Charming Smiles. The staff and Doctors are all kind, caring, and most importantly honest and trustworthy!... something that is lacking most places these days. Was told by a private dentist I had 6 cavities over a year ago, some that were pretty bad. Thankfully I couldn't afford the prices at the time. After my visit with Charming Smiles, it turns out I only had 2 spots on 2 teeth that sit pretty tight together. Me and my bank account are thankful to have found such an amazing place!

This office is a model for many of the other offices in the area. They always answer the phones! They always run on time! Everyone looks at you and greets you with a smile! My last cleaning was bad. I can tell the person doing my cleaning was either new or scared that she may hurt me. I’m used to leaving a Dental cleaning a bit sore because they actually got in there and done it correctly. I’m also used to my teeth filling so smooth whereas this time it felt like I had just brushed my teeth and flossing myself. They did compensate me for not being satisfied but I would I prefer them to reschedule and got someone else to do it correctly. Hopefully next it’s a better experience otherwise I’m going to have to find another dentist.

They are friendly and do a great job. They helped to restore my confidence in my teeth I wanted to get braces so bad and they took care of me and they are more affordable than my last dentist.
