We were recommended Best Friends a la Petite by a friend and took our puppy for his first grooming there and we loved it! He came out happy and looking so handsome! Teresa did wonderful job and exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely come back!

THE BEST Pet Groomer - hands down in Naples! Our experience with Teresa has been exceptional. A+ Excellent customer service all around. We can't say enough good things about her and her team. Our baby girl, Lucy loves going there and especially how she looks and feels afterwards. If you're looking for a pet groomer, we highly recommend you visiting Teresa at "Best Friends a la Petite" grooming. The entire staff goes above and beyond.

I just picked up my Abel boy from this groomer and our experience was great! I can’t speak for Abel but usually he leaves a groomer scared and traumatized and today he was happy and not shivering like when he leaves past groomers! They shaved my dog without letting me know first. I asked for only 1 inch but received a buzz cut. I’ve been here before and my dog was given a buzz cut that time as well but figured I’d give them another shot. Lack of communication and very poor customer service. She was there 6 hours and the total was $102 for a 12lb dog.

I brought my dog Gypsy in for grooming and Brittany did a great job! Gypsy can be a little finicky with strangers sometimes, but Brittany was really good with making her feel comfortable.

2017- The shop has been cleaned up a great deal. But I always did receive great service and kindness was always shown to my dog whether Ron owned the shop or the new owners now own the shop. They listen to how you would like your dog clipped, are very personable and genuine and I have tried "Name Pet Store" groomers and while they have been detail oriented with "Report Cards" etc. both my pet and I were not pleased. At Best Friends, your pet is more than just another number in an assembly line of animals. And the prices are very reasonable and in this day and age we can all use some help financially.

I have a bigger dog (about 65 lbs) who really doesn't like getting her nails trimmed. She has always been a very anxious dog. She isn't aggressive but she's strong and tries to run away. The ladies at Best Friends did great (it was a workout for them and I appreciate it!!). Despite her fussiness they still did a really great job trimming her nails. At other places I've found that people will just cut them quick to get it over with and they end up all different lengths and some not cut much at all. The ladies did an amazing job and I appreciate their positivity even though my doggy gave them some trouble. This is my second time coming here and both times I've gotten great service and they make the process feel so effortless. Thank you!

Serena and her staff are friendly, caring, and detail oriented while visiting with my pets. They alway do an excellent job; unlike many other places I have been to. I have been coming to Best Friends for years and will continue to do so! I will always recommend any pet lover to use them! They treat every pet as if they were their own.

I have been using Best Friends grooming for 4 years. My dog is always happy to go in, a telling sign about how comfortable he is and how well he is treated. She does a wonderful job, takes about 4 hours from drop off to pick up and she is reasonably priced.

I have two Corgis, which as you know are low riders and shedders, so I am constantly getting them groomed. Since I am a snowbird, I have to base my decisions from reviews that are posted. Well my fur babies were groomed today at Best Friends in Naples and they look fabulous!! To be honest I can not remember the last time their fur looked this clean! We are so please with the service that we received today from Serena!! Thank you for making my boys look so amazing❤️

I bought our pugs on today for a nail clipping and bath. They did a great job on them but since I am a big person on customer service and getting to know your customers that was a bit disappointing to me. The young girl at the desk didn't seem to enthusiastic when we walked in with the dogs nor did she call them by names or ask their names so I was a bit put off by that. They did a good job with the nails so kudos to them on that...anyways I am undecided if I will bring them back..

Serena and her staff are the only groomers I trust in Naples, FL. I bring my American Staffordshire Terrier for a bath, ear clean, and nail trim and she has always comes home smelling amazing. Do yourself a favor and bring your pet to Serena and her staff, and I'm positive you will never take your pet to another groomer in this town. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have been a client of best friends for 25+ years. From Ron to Serena. She is amazing ! Her staff is the same for years and years and that tells you something. I wouldn’t go any where else but best friends. Truly, I trust my bff with best friends.

I love this place. My senior pug goes about every two months to have a pedicure. Abby doesn’t mind as they are so kind and gentle. That tells me everything I need to know as If Abby doesn’t like you, there’s a problem. PS. I read a review by Judith Dupes and found it hard to believe so I did a little investigation and found Domestic found no violations or credible evidence that supports Ms Dupes claim. I also did a google search and found that she is not a credible source due to court records so ignore her review.

We just had our Standard Poodle groomed and Serena did an awesome grooming!!! Exactly the way We wanted him groomed!!!! She did a better grooming than our groomer in our home town! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

This place is a joke, I asked them to NOT shave my dog and when I picked my dog up she was shaved, the front desk was unbelievably rude and didn’t understand what I was saying nor didn’t want to understand what I was saying! They didn’t RESPECT what I was asking for my bog nor did they care! Do not take your dog here!

We took our senior Shih tzu to Best Friends yesterday. The poor old man has vision issues, anxiety issues, and perhaps a bit of doggy dementia. He was treated with respect and came out looking FAB. Well done Best Friends a la Petite!

We are not from here and I was having a hard time finding a groomer who did not put my dog in a crate. Best friends dog groomers was friendly, clean and did a great job with my large goldendoodle. I’m a very happy customer. .

Our Bernedoodle loves going every other week to get his bath and occasional shave. He gets so excited when we drive in the driveway! That is a great sign for us that he is treated with love and care.

Tried this place out bc of the reviews. The people were nice enough, no special interaction just common etiquette. They were busy so the groom took just over five hours which sounds outrageous to me but im not sure if thats normal. I dropped her off at 10 and picked up after 3. The actual groom itself was mediocre at best. They paid attention to the areas of concern I presented but otherwise it was a buzz job that I couldve done myself. The first thing I noticed was she still had her eye boogers so her face must not have even gotten washed. Lastly I had told them I wanted her shaved bc I need a break from her shedding yet they didnt wash her post shave so I had millions of tiny cut furs all over me and my car! I went straight to the tub to wash her after just spending 60 plus tip. TLDR; They got the job done but it was mediocre at best. I will be continuing my search and wont be referring anyone here.

My dogs have always enjoyed being boarded here, both under the previous and current owner. I have also used their grooming services and been very pleased. Prices are the lowest I have found in the area.
