Very caring and attentive hygienist, dentist and front office staff!! The very sweet hygienist was excellent with taking X-rays, and the cleaning procedure, very thorough and gentle. The dentist was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They also both explained everything in detail. The receptionist could tell that I needed a hug after we talked for a few minutes and…she is a great “hugger”! Very grateful to a friend for recommending this practice. Lovely waiting area and everything bright and sparkling clean.

Dr. Aportela is top-notch & the entire care/office staff is second-to-none! I went in for a second opinion after seeing another local dental practice that was trying to add-on unnecessary services. In meeting with Dr. Aportela and her team, you are treated like a patient and not an invoice. The amount of time she took to explain what she was going to do and why she was doing it was greatly appreciated. Decided to go to the Dentist today I hadn't been to the dentist in some time Kept pushing it back ,finally the pain was jus too much to stand so I ask around N I heard Banyan Dental care of Naples fl. Was a good place to try .So I get there the first thing I noticed when I open door was how clean n nice ,smelled so Good the first thing That came to my mind was (Do all Dental offices look so nice like this one I was impressed 👍 that's jus the beginning The girl who check me in Noemi was super nice made it real easy , to check in A+ Axel the Dental assistant was very caring N professional A+,that's jus the tip of the iceberg Dr.Aportela was Amazing she right away explain everything made it very simple n to the point she was caring seems to me like she really cares about making the patient feel at home A+ Remember I hadn't been to a Dentist in years I was still a little nervous about the Extraction but, that all went away by the time I knew it ,she was done No pain . Avoid! Sent my Grandson here to have dental work and it was a disaster. He reported they had very young and inexperienced staff working. They also had just gone through renovations and there was a very sub par attempt to clean the area as saw dust was still on top of things like trashcans, etc. The work was done fast however he returned home extremely swollen and bloodied. And was not prescribed any pain medication after his procedure. We tried to slow the bleeding with napkins but eventually had to take him to the ER do to his immense pain. There are so many better options in naples if you are serious about your smile.

My first impression of the office was such a relief as it was immaculate ,friendly, welcoming and well appointed -a place where I felt safe With kind people who were going to take good care of me. I’d never been there before and I was very worried because I had a very large problem tooth but I was made to feel at ease. I realized that this office was knowledgeable and had the latest technology -I liked it very much. I was treated with sincerity and professionalism and kindness. This is my go to dentist and I’m so happy I found them.

I had a great experience today at Banyan Dental when an unusual dental situation didn’t resolve on its own after several days. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, listened to, and treated professionally. The front desk receptionist, the dental technician, the hygienist, and Dr. Arportela were all top notch. This was very reassuring, since I was 1500 miles from my Wisconsin dentist and had no idea what was causing my particular problem. To my relief, Banyan Dental fully resolved my particular issue, and I confidently recommend Dr. Arportela and her competent staff.

I’m Canadian and I’m enjoying the mild weather here in Naples, but unfortunately sometimes you are far from home and you need to see a good dentist very quickly. At Banyan Dental Care I was greeted very quickly by very professional and courteous staff. Excellent hygienist, Dylila. The office has been completely renovated with state of the art equipment. I have been a patient since 2019 originally with Dr Wolf and have transitioned to Dr Arlene ( very impressed ) with her skill set. I will maintain a six month cleaning schedule as well as any necessary procedures with this office.

My first visit to Banyan Dental Care was great. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was friendly and helpful to me she was genuinely caring and made sure I felt comfortable and I could raise my hand anytime to have her stop if I needed a break.
