Dr, Cardosi is the best doctor I have ever had he is a GYN and I would recommend him to everyone, he has the best staff everyone is on top of everything, Surgeries are great and fast recovery, this doctor really knows what he is doing. He is kind and has a great bedside manner. We need more doctors like him and his staff
Watonc Clinic Bella Vista was just an awesome experience. From the time I was greeted until the time I saw Nicole M. Semaskvich APRN which wasn’t a long wait at all. Nicole was polite , professional , and explained everything to me . And her nurse was outstanding . Highly recommend Nicole Semaskovich .

The APRN Kimberly Myers’s and the medical assistant Sara are the rudest people I have ever met through my career. They do not know how to treat families or patients. They are disrespectful in their attitude and treatment plan and doesn’t know how to treat the patients. She is all over the patient and no ethical principles of this job applies to her. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful I. All means. I would now recommend her to anybody. Go to a doctor and go to a piece of nurse.
Did not have a good experience today. I was meeting my son for his appointment after school, but he had texted me that he was running late because of school. I told the receptionist at the front desk that he was running late, but I showed her on my Life 360 app that he was on his way, and not very far. She called to let the back office know, but she was told to tell me that if he’s15 minutes late they wouldn’t see him and he’d have to reschedule. It was 10 minutes after his appointment time and it was a 50/50 chance, so I rescheduled. I stayed to pay my bill. When I was done, my son had just sat down. It was now 18 minutes after his appointment time, so I decided to ask if on the off chance, we would be shown compassion and could still be seen. He was also hobbling in on crutches with a broken ankle, so I thought I’d ask. Ask I did, and even seeing him on crutches the receptionist wouldn’t call back to the nurses to explain that he just arrived, and told me that he’s 20 minutes late, and she had already rescheduled his appointment, and sorry he can’t be seen today. I didn’t make a scene, but I did make sure to still thank her for her patient services. Not sure if we’ll keep the rescheduled appointment. And I get it... I am also in the medical field, everyday dealing with late patients and more often than not, working them into the schedule. They have to wait, but they are still seen. And it is not even that which upsets me. What is mostly upsetting is that at my son’s last appointment WE WERE ON TIME, and we waited OVER AN HOUR past his appointment time for his doctor to see him. And I get that too. Emergencies happen, doctor’s offices are busy, but we didn’t complain. We were understanding. We were not shown understanding today. We were shown the door.
I love them. I first went for my daughter who had regular ear infections. She seen Kayla Hester who is very nice and great with my 2 year old. She explains everything. Dr. Lakhani did the surgery to have the tubes put in and since my daughter finally started talking. Anytime she has an issue they make sure to see her. I also seen Kayla Hester for sinus issues and had the same great experience. I had a few things done in surgery to help with my sinus problems and I also had a great experience with Dr. Lakhani. For my follow up's I've been seeing Heather Wilson who has been wonderful also. They all work hard to try and figure out the root of the problem to solve it. Their nurses are all so nice. I've been many times at this point and have only had great experiences.
I had a couple friends recommend Watson Clinic because I wasn’t too happy with my current doctors office. They spoke very highly of Dr Garas. I know he’s been out the past month so his office recommended I tried getting an appointment in with Dr Curtis’ office quicker regarding a concern and questions I had. Being a new patient I gave all my information to the front desk to put in the system and had my previous doctors office fax my records. Spoke with someone named Miranda twice and another woman once over the course of about a week and a half. Each time I called they told me they sent a message to Dr Curtis’ office to schedule me an appointment and each time they told me they would call me back to get me in. They never called me back any of those times, which is why I called each time. At this point I gave up because it’s been another week since and I’ve yet to hear back for an appointment to see the doctor about my concern. Seems like they don’t care too much about new patients. Needless to say, I did find a doctor in Winter Haven to get me in very quickly. Very poor communication within this office to patients and very disappointed I didn’t receive any response at all after my friends spoke highly about the office to me.
Very disappointed with my visit. I’ve had to go to several doctors in the area and got tests done. I am a self pay patient and ask for costs up front. Every doctor and places that ran tests ( EXCEPT FOR WATSON CLINIC) has been very fair and spent time with me in their office.
The physician assistant spent about 5 minutes reassuring me that there were no issues as far as my ears, nose and throat so that was good.
I paid $197 self pay “up front “for this 5 minute consult.
She then said “ let me do an endoscopy which took about 2 more minutes.
Two weeks later I get a bill for $518 for the endoscopy which I didn’t need. I didn’t have any sinus, or decongestion issues.
The PA just ran up the bill that we all end up paying for in health costs, high deductibles, higher taxes, etc.
The only thing anyone in their finance office can say is that I signed the paper giving them the right to do that. ( do whatever procedure they want in the office without asking permission and charging you inflated prices for)
I’ve since called sever ENT doctors in the area and most price the endoscopy for under $200 with the visit charge.
Beware of Watson Clinic and their billing practices.

Dr. Curtis office in Watson clinic is the worst. I was trying to establish with them a soon as I found out I was pregnant, they gave me an appt but before that appt I had an emergency where I started bleeding and I went to ER, it was a long weekend and when I called Monday to find an appt with dr Curtis no one on her office show empathy to me or even was in the disposition to give me a sooner appt. Even though I was crying over the phone because of the despair of the situation. They told me they needed to get all my files from hospital before giving me a sooner appt, and even though I make sure they were getting all my files they didn’t gave me an appt. If you have an emergency follow up they will not care at all. I’m sure dr is good but her office is a disaster.
This ENT is as shady as a used car lot. They will perform unnecessary medical services and over charge your insurance then YOU will be responsible for the COST. Decline any procedures that’s not covered by your insurance, even if they act like they don’t know … have them in the office verify the codes with your insurance. Please don’t let them scam you!
This for profit clinic seems far more focused on that profit than patient care and health.. The doctors have an obvious time limit to spend with patients, and the little time that is spent seems half-hearted.
I was also foolish enough to go to this clinic without insurance, big mistake. I was having some sinus pain and pressure, so I went to the ENT at Watson Clinic. They checked me out, looked in all the facial orifices, and just game me a generic steroids prescription (which gave me massive heart palpitations and did not fix the issue, as all steroids do is quell the symptoms. But of course, treatments are more profitable than cures, but I digress). I go back in, they check me again and tell me I just have allergies. Even though I have almost none of the allergy symptoms, and have never suffered from allergies in my life. Okay, time for a second opinion.
A few weeks later, I received a bill for nearly $2,000, after I'd already paid over $200 per visit (3 total). Turns out I was charged nearly $500 every time they looked in my nose for about 30 seconds! Outrageous!! I went to billing to see if they would work with me, offer some sort of uninsured discount or assistance, as we all know the charges are always wildly inflated in anticipation of insurance adjustments.. NOPE! They demanded the full amount, by the deadline, or I was going to credit-ruining collections. The best they could offer is a payment plan. This for-profit clinic seems to have it's priorities mixed up. Investor owned clinics can still provide quality care. But this one does not seem to do so, at least in my admittedly limited experience.
I had surgery with Dr. Tarek Garas. Best bedside manner and very respectful. Office staff was great, and response to needs and concerns were immediate. I love his team. The whole process was great, from scheduling surgery to preoperative testing to the day of surgery was great. My surgery went well, and I am recovering well. Thank you, Dr. Garas and team.
My daughter is 27 weeks pregnant and has had to call every time her Labs show up with a problem. Now she is anemic and we would not have even known if we had not went and looked at her Labs. It's been a week and a half and they still have not called to let us know she is anemic. Every time we have to call them to find out what we should be doing.
