If I could give this place 100 stars I would! From before even stepping foot inside, the customer service via Instagram was 10/10! I had 21 questions and needed guidance because all I knew is that I wanted to do a big chop and possible color. I’m a super low maintenance kinda woman, I’ve never colored my hair, but knew I was ready for a change. I haven’t had a bob since I was 10years old, and let’s just say that’s a long time ago!
Amanda was nothing short of absolutely AMAZING. I’ve followed her hair career for ages as I knew her from school days. Marveled by her skillset and talent, I finally took the drive from Orlando to Lakeland and it was 100% worth it! I only did a cut for now, but after she consulted on color -as I knew nothing- I know what to do next when I’m ready!
As a first timer, the building is beautiful with paintings on the exterior which made it easier to identify. You’re immediately welcomed by kind and caring staff. Then offered a complimentary drink and let me just say, the churro iced latte is it!
From overall consultation to understand what I wanted versus what made sense for my hair type, to the wash and rinse in THE most comfortable wash sink I’ve ever sat at, to my very VIP feeling during a “double blow dry” just fantastic!
I could go on and on and really.
