my family and I have been going to Kiki for several years now. I fly to see her from Delaware, as she is the only stylist that can handle my thick and curly hair. Recently, she saved my hair from a horrible bleach job. never going to another stylist ever again.

Kiki is phenomenal. She’s the only person in Lakeland I trust with my family’s thick and ultra curly hair. She is patient, pleasant to be around, and she always looks out for you and the health of your hair. At my last appointment, she advised against a particular color job due to the damage of my hair. That stood out to me, because the color job would have been pricy. She cared more about the best outcome for my hair than an extra charge. Now, I purchase all hair tools and products through her. Go to Kiki!! You won’t regret it.

I never use to be into facials until I came to utopia studios. Kiki, the owner is a jack of all trades. She is so talented and does so many things. My favorite of course is her incredible facials. It is such an experience. You’re so well taken care of and you couldn’t be more relaxed. She informs you about your skin and how to treat it in such a delicate and encouraging way. She leaves you wanting to learn more about how to take care of yourself and excited to incorporate self care 24/7. I have brought so many people here and gotten them started on their facial and self care journey. If you’re a local or even just visiting TREAT YOSELF!!

Sophia is absolutely wonderful!!!! If you’re looking for a relaxing and effective facial, look no further. She takes the time to ask you questions and fully understand your concerns with your skin, then presents you with her options on how to help. She is always answering my skincare questions, even off the clock and follows up after my facials to ensure we are meeting my skin care goals. Not to mention, the cute room, private studio, and MASSAGE. This place is for sure a utopia 😆

Sophia is the gives best facial I have ever had! With her guidance, I have started to rotate between dermaplane and microdermabrasion every other session. I go every 4-6 weeks and it has kept my skin looking flawless. Sophia is so kind, considerate, and flexible, constantly working with my crazy schedule. I use to tan in my younger days (never doing that again) and now with the difference I see from my regularly scheduled sessions, my skin is in the best condition of its life! The best part is the hand massage at the end. I work at a desk all day and this part is always such a nice treat. Highly Recommend a facial with Sophia!

Margaret is such a pleasure to work with. Before getting started she actually listens to your concerns so she can focus her work on the areas you need most attention on. She is very nice and so sweet and creates a comfortable environment that makes you want to come back for more! I recently came by Utopia to see Margaret for the best massage. I have been battling chronic back pain for months due to a car accident in the beginning of this year. The pain was so intense that Margaret made it available for me to get a massage the same day. Being that it was my first time I was skeptical about getting a massage over an injury but she was the absolute best!! She knew exactly what to target and focus on which made me feel so comfortable not to mention the rest of the staff being so friendly! Will definitely be returning 😄

As usual, Jewels did a great job on my cut and style. I had a baby shower to go to the next day and I received several compliments. She knows me pretty well and tells me honestly if the cut and style I want are achievable with my hair. She continues to make me my hair look better than I thought it could!

I saw Kiki and she did AMAZING!!! It's hard to find someone who you can trust to turn your words into reality. The environment is welcoming, friendly staff, and the best haircut I have even had!! This woman will be cutting my hair until i'm 90!!!

The salon is cozy and clean. The staff take COVID seriously. Jewel is a great hair dresser. She monitors how you feel about the haircut as you go and gives valuable feedback for ideas you may have. Women led, with cruelty free products.

Kiki Rose is absolutely amazing! She somehow keeps my naturally curly hair very healthy and bright blonde. I moved to Atlanta and still fly back to see her exclusively. Very knowledgeable and answers any question you have about any of her processes. Her balayage technique allows me to go a few extra months between appointments. Seriously, she’s a miracle worker, you cannot go wrong with her.

I love this hair studio. I try to see Jewels, but if she isn't available, I know the other stylists will take great care of me. They have beautiful art on the walls that is for sale. No matter who does my hair, they all listen and give me exactly what I want. I highly recommend going here for your next cut, color, or style.

She didn't perm my hair the way that I wanted it and when I called her about it she didn't act like she was concerned about it. She gave me a shampoo and told me it was because of the shampoo that I had been using. I will never go back. I would not recommend this place for anyone that is concerned about their hair.
