I visited Julie yesterday. To say the least I was extremely nervous because I had a terrible experience my first time visiting another Dermatology office…which brought me 3 hospital visits and an infection. Julie and her staff were completely understanding and supportive of my fears. They were kind, gentle and explained everything step by step (during biopsy procedure)
Making me feel comfortable and at ease. I appreciate their support of all my concerns.

I chose this practice because of the strong reviews, but my first interaction was frustrating enough that I gave up before ever speaking to a person and scheduled with another local office.
When I called to schedule an appointment, I had to go through an AI phone system that wasn’t able to help and eventually tried to transfer me to a live agent. After waiting about two minutes, I was offered a callback option that claimed I wouldn’t lose my place in line.
I received the callback 19 minutes later, only to be placed on hold again for another five minutes. At that point, I hung up.
I genuinely don’t understand the purpose of a callback system if you’re still waiting in the same queue afterward. I’m sure the doctors themselves may be excellent, but the front-end phone experience makes it unnecessarily hard for new patients to even schedule an appointment.

We were taken back fairly quickly and my daughter was seen by Julie Esquinaldo. She was wonderful, answering all my questions and addressing our issues in a professional manner. She made sure we understood what the short term and long term goals were for our treatment plan. We are very pleased with our visit and would recommend her time and time again!

The staff here is wonderful and Julie Esuinaldo is very thorough. I had two biopsies and didn't feel a thing. She froze off a couple more places and again virtually no pain. I feel like I'm in good hands and they care about me as a person and a patient. I highly recommend this practice. As a retired RN, I appreciate offices that care!

I had my first visit to Suncoast Skin Solutions in Lakeland today. It was overall a wonderful experience. Their office has a very inviting & calming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with kindness & respect, & they were all so helpful. I barely even sat down in their lobby before being called back. Once I went to the back, I was not rushed out like so many doctors do, I was taken seriously about my condition with kindness & empathy. I cannot explain what that meant to me. Dr. Julie is someone that truly cares about her patients. I was also even given a little goodie bag with a few samples of sunscreen & face moisturizer. That was the icing on the cake. My inner child loved that. Thank you to everyone at Suncoast Skin Solutions for truly making my visit a delightful experience. I give you guys 100 stars 🤩

I was totally broke out from head to toe and the itching was so intense that I was in a desperate state of deep depression that had taken over my quality of life. Julie is an absolute delight! The whole staff made us feel like family! Julie made us feel comfortable & very confident. I found her extremely knowledgeable & professional! If you need skin care...this the place to go! We feel very blessed that we found Suncoast Solutions!
