Great place for all health, wellness and beauty care. Myself, my husband and mother are all patients for varying reasons…weight loss, hormone replacement therapy & Botox. They are extremely helpful in making sure you can make informed decisions. HRT has been a lifesaver for me.

I was referred to Randolph’s by a family member and honestly I expected it to be like the other providers I had been to for weight loss, just another patient trying to lose weight… that is the furthest from what I have experienced at Randolph’s. Amanda & all of her staff have been absolutely amazing! Every single person I have come in contact with at this office has been encouraging and supportive!! They honestly care about your wellbeing.

So grateful to have found this this business. They have helped me lose over 50 pounds and helped my b12 levels get higher (I'm b12 deficient). The staff is so incredibly helpful and nice. I have recommended so many people here because they are that efficient in what they do, and the results show! So affordable too compared to going through my primary doctor. I currently receive the tirzepatide and lipostaat.

I can’t say enough good things about Amanda and her amazing medical staff! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Amanda herself is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Her calm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my entire visit.
The rest of the staff is equally outstanding. Every member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and compassionate. They made sure I was comfortable at every step and ensured all my questions were answered. It’s clear that they all work together seamlessly and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients.

I was incredibly skeptical when I first came in—absolutely convinced I was perimenopausal and ready to try anything, including the pellets. But after a thorough consultation and lab work, I was shocked to learn that it wasn’t perimenopause at all—my vitamin levels were severely off.
Fast forward 4 months, and I feel like a completely different person. I haven’t had a single panic attack, I’m sleeping better than I have in years, and the depression I’ve struggled with since I was 15 is finally gone. GONE.
I cannot recommend this place enough. They actually listen, they test, and they treat the root of the problem. If you're feeling off, don’t just assume it’s age or hormones—get checked properly. Life-changing is an understatement.

Had a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Skylar at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming to us. Went in for my daughter's physical for nursing school and the NP Candy was very helpful in recommending a less expensive way to get vaccines. Will definitely be bsck.

I could not be more impressed with the level of care I receive each and every time I have an appointment at Randolph’s Family Health & Wellness. Amanda and her ENTIRE staff are absolutely amazing! I drive an hour and 10 minutes from my home to see them, if that tells you anything. They are all so knowledgeable, incredibly kind and compassionate.
The providers all take the time to thoroughly explain treatment options, listen attentively to my concerns, and make me feel comfortable discussing my health issues. Their expertise and genuine care for their patients is evident throughout the entire visit.
I have struggled for years with extreme exhaustion but just kept pushing through because my 2 previous physicians chalked it up to the fact that I’m no longer in my 20s. Amanda ordered labs that other providers neglected to order. I’ve received the necessary treatment and am finally feeling so much better!!!
I truly appreciate the dedication to providing excellent healthcare and would highly recommend Randolph’s Family Health & Wellness to anyone in need of a caring and skilled healthcare providers.

Learned about Randolph's after visiting her pop up at a Lakeland First Friday. I'm in my late 40s and have been looking for ways to improve my health and energy level. They had a spin game at their display. I gave it a try and won a free infusion cocktail. Upon arrival, the front staff was very professional, organized and friendly. Shortly after some preliminary paperwork, I met the core staff including Amanda Randolph. After describing in short my current lifestyle and situation, she recommended a cocktail called "Recovery". I was very comfortable, they sat me in a massaging recliner and the tech that stuck me was perfect. I have uncooperative veins sometimes and the process was flawless. Immediately, I could taste the vitamins. The cocktail goes right into your bloodstream and allows for deeper absorption with a stronger and more long lasting outcome. I was so very relaxed. Upon completion, I learned about the many other offerings that are completed at their facility. The next day, I felt a little more energy than usual. I want to thank you for that experience. I have told others and have shared my photo in a couple of my circles. If time and resources allow, I would absolutely do this again. Thanks so much. Have a blessed day.

Amanda Randolph took great care of my husband and me. She used her knowledge and experience to diagnose a chronic issue that my previous primary care physician never addressed. Been going to this place for a year and was charged for 3 months and then told that I needed to come in after 1 month before they would refill my prescription. Absolutely absurd! If you want to be lied to and overcharged go see them. Sad part is I have referred many people but will definitely be telling them not to go here any longer!

Randolph really listens to your issues , takes her time, orders testing non ofy prior Drs has. I'm a new patient so far I am extremely pleased. The staff is all wonderful as well. I would recommend an im getting my adult children to start seeing her as well

Amanda is awesome! Every year when I have my annual physical, I complain about being tired but my doctor just "says your labwork is great". After visiting Amanda, she found out the source of my issue by doing more indepth lab work. So happy I found someone that will search until an issue is resolved.

I went the clinic because my wife made me. I was very skeptical, I suffer from anemia and I am always tired. I did the IV therapy and after a day I noticed I was not tired and had so much energy. I really can’t wait to do another one!
