I am thrilled that I found a spa of this quality right in my neighborhood! I needed some post-surgery care, and Santana has been a God send! She is very knowledgeable and extremely caring. She listens to my concerns and addresses them. She has been helpful beyond my expectations. Most of all, under her care, my recovery has been fast and trouble-free. My daughter had a foto shoot for her sweet 15 and her make up artist, Mariela, was absolutely amazing. She took her time with her and made sure my daughter was happy with the make up. I would recommend her 100%. If I could give her more than five stars I would !

Always a great experience at the spa. First of all, i get all my services done at the spa, nails, lashes, vitamins and more. We recently went for hair appointments and i have brought my mom and some family that was here visiting and the Dominican hair blowout just hits different as a dominican myself is hard to find someone to really do a great blowout out here in Lakeland. Im very pleased and so its my mom and family member, yovanny outdid herself the warmth and customer service was there at all times. She makes herself available to fit in with your schedule. Im so happy she is part of the principessa spa because i can literally take a full day to myself and take care of all at the same time. Thank you Yovanny for the amazing hair service🙏🏻🙏🏻

Santana is an amazing person. I had bbl and lipo 360 3 weeks ago and with her lymphatic massage she has my body shaped. I feel great!! Would give her 10 stars if I could. She truly cares about her customers!!!

All I have to say is that Mrs. Santana knows what she is doing! I have gone to her twice for my lips and I have to say I absolutely am obsessed! Minimal to no swelling and bruising. By the second day they started to heal and beautifully if I may add. I have girls that I am referring to her asap! I get compliments almost every where I go. Just go to her 🩷

Santana is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable and hands-on. Santana is very punctual and professional. She helps makes recovery after the most vulnerable time in life being post surgery a breeze. I will forever be a customer seeing as she offers many services. Thank you for all you do 10/10!

First of all I absolutely love the services I received. I was greeted with a smile and taken back almost immediately upon arrival. The atmosphere was very inviting and was offered a beverage while going back to start my pedicure. Next Mrs Santana have me the most relaxing massage. I can actually say this was by far the best service I have received at a spa. I also got a manicure with Yordy who is very good and attention to detail is on point. Other services with Mrs Santana were waxing. Very professional time was accurate and did not have to wait long for all services. I would recommend this place to any of my family members and friends. Salon was spotless clean. Thank you for all your hard work.

The spa is clean and comfortable. Attendants were corteous and professional. Yilka was absolutely amazing! My entire experience was pain free, efficient, and thorough!! I would definitely recommend!!
