From the moment you walk in, the spa experience begins. The aromatics trigger a sense of calm and relaxation. Emily was amazing. Very kind and welcoming. The session started with a scalp analysis. There was some conversation about what we saw and general experiences with my hair on a daily basis. The treatment and products were determined by my scalp. Other patrons could have different products based on their scalp condition. The treatment occurs in your private room. Towel wraps are provided for you to change into before the treatment begins. Soothing spa music played through out the treatment. Emily explained each product she was applying. I asked about the different tools she used at different steps in the process. We had a moment when the halo wand did not operate as expected but Emily remained calm and professional and resolved the issue while I continued to relax on the table. Going to the salon and getting my hair washed is the best part of the salon experience in my opinion. This was a hour of the best part of the salon experience. There were different sensations and pressures, gentle movements and thoughtful attention. I could see the difference in my scalp when we did the analysis after the treatment. I did not get a blow out but Emily was sure to gently brush out my hair and put it up in a clip before I left. My hair smelled amazing and I still feel like I can see a difference even two weeks later. The price point is high but the personalized and custom attention makes it worth it. Definitely worth treating yourself or a loved one. They have memberships. I will have to see if I can fit that in my budget in the future. Yes, it was that good. Excellent communication pre and post appointment. Email confirmation of appointment, reminder of appointment, emailed receipt and follow up email.

From start to finish, the experience was next level. Shelley has actual magic hands — I swear she reset my entire body, mind, and soul. It was deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, and honestly one of the most amazing self-care experiences I’ve ever had. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely refreshed. This was such a great experience! Amanda met me at the door, welcomed me in and took me to the room. We looked at my scalp, talked about the treatment and I was given a few minutes to get ready. The room was so calming and adorably decorated. I have thick hair but she took her time and was thorough. I did decide to get the blow dry add on since I have a lot of hair and it's thick and a chore to dry it. It was nice pampering. I loved the extra touch of the flower at the end. Highly recommend!

What an absolutely incredible experience! I brought my daughter here for her birthday, and it was one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. Their products were incredible, the spa was adorable and inviting, the rooms were fresh, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It might have been my first visit here, but it is definitely not my last. This place is amazing! When I arrived, Astrid met me at the door and she is as sweet as they come. She showed me to the room we’d be in and let me tell you, everything looks just like the pictures. So calm and relaxing. She did an analysis of my scalp and we both agreed on the types of shampoos (yes two different ones) she would use. I have a lot of dandruff so that was the first treatment and then the second was for hair growth. The shampooing is like a massage for your scalp. Loved every minute of this. Then she did a shoulder massage and then poured an oil at the end. She told me, but I forgot. I was too relaxed. At the end, we looked at my scalp again and man, what a difference. She then combed my hair and put it in a clip so it wasn’t wet on my neck. I think there is an option to add a blow dry, but I didn’t want that. Can’t wait to make my next appointment.

Y’all this place is a whole experience. I booked a head spa treatment with Amanda thinking I’d get a little relaxation, and instead she reset my entire nervous system. My scalp feels brand new, my stress clock got unplugged, and I floated out of there like I was running on premium serenity. Amanda is gentle, intentional, and ridiculously skilled. Every step felt absolutely luxurious and never rushed. If your brain needs a reboot or your soul needs a timeout, let Amanda work her magic. Five stars feels stingy. She deserves much more. 100/10!!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a comforting, quiet and clean atmosphere. You're given a small consultation before going into the massage room where Shelley scans your scalp with a small camera to see how your scalp health is and discuss any issues you may be having. I was pleasantly surprised to see a little sign with my name on it when I entered the massage room. Shelley is very kind and informative before getting into the treatment. The whole experience was heavenly and my scalp has never felt cleaner! At the end, I was given a sample bottle of the Flower Fall spray she uses on your hair, a claw clip and a flower. Everything is so personalized and you can tell the owner (Shelley) is passionate about what she does. I did the normal headspa treatment this time, but I can't wait to go back and try some of the other haircare services she offers. 10/10 service, highly recommend! 🌷💆‍♀️✨
