I had a great experience at the Lakeland office. All of my questions were answered and they gave me detailed explanations on different procedures and how they work. Their first visit deals were amazing. Their app also gives rewards so it can be more affordable. I appreciated the kindness and respect during my appointment as well. I’d definitely recommend them.

Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. This was my second visit. I forgot to scan the qr code the first visit, so I wasn't eligible for the credit to my account. But.....I was able to catch it this visit and have a $50 credit! Love the option of services offered at this location. I will be a repeat client!

I had laser done about 3 weeks ago on my armpit area. It was successful, the one that did my laser procedure was Valeria. She knows what she’s doing and she’s very knowledgeable with the practice. I was very satisfied with my results and I will be returning again.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with the Botox. I am not sure what was used, but it didn’t have any effect whatsoever, which made me worried.
