If you like red hair you definitely want to go see Lacey at Copper Penny. She is amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and the way her red stays. I drive almost an hour to Lakeland to just see her. The service and quality I receive from Lacey and this saloon is the best. I would definitely recommend.

I had my hair done by Ashley and OMG the results were amazing. I am a brunette and have always had bright red hair but the stylist I would go to would always damage my hair. Ashley convinced me to give her a chance after I had already grew out my natural hair and had absolutely no dye and I am glad I did. My hair is still long and healthy and the color I've always loved having it. I highly recommend you go to Ashley. The establishment is also very clean and well maintained!

I had been going to the same stylist since 2007 with the exception of when she took a little time off for her new baby. The past few visits with her I just had not been "loving" my hair. I knew I needed a change. But if any of you are like me when it comes to your hair, you're hesitant to let a new stylist touch your locks. Well, I took the plunge this past week. It was the best decision ever! Lacey did my hair. I loved that she listened to me because I was definitely nervous. She took her time. She actually went above and beyond and took more time than actually was blocked out for my appointment. I absolutely LOVE my new hair color! I highly recommend her! The hair Solon is very nice as well! Got my next appointment already booked!

I recently just moved to the Winter Haven area and have been looking around for a great salon. Upon reading Google reviews, I thought I'd give this place a try. I had arrived a bit early, the owner and another lady spoke to me right away and felt very comfortable. Great ambiance. Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was superb. The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with KJ. She was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. The shampoo/massage was relaxing and she really took her time. You had the confidence that she really knows what she is doing from start to finish. She asks the right questions, and went over every inch of my head as she familiarized herself with my hair growth patterns. Afterward, I felt like a new woman when I looked in the mirror. I walked out of there feeling great. A non-intimidating atmosphere, a well run business and stylists that leave you looking better than when you came in: the whole purpose of finding a great salon is feeling comfortable with your stylist. Let me just say that I will be going back to KJ and I would highly recommend Copper Penny Salon to any of my friends. Getting to relax made my whole afternoon. I'd put the experience right up there with one indulgent afternoon. Everyone needs to be pampered, and this is the place.

Let me tell you Lacy gave me my hair confidence back! I’ve lived here in Florida for over two years. I have crazy curly hair. I’ve been to several salons here in Lakeland all claiming to be able to cut crazy curly hair. Well after several failed haircuts I have finally found my hair girl!
