The salon is nice with plenty of parking opportunities around downtown Lakeland. The location is great because I usually grab a coffee nearby before my an appointment. Haleigh is amazing in so many ways! She really listens to what I want, is very sweet, and remembers details we talked about during my previous visits. Haleigh has colored my hair multiple times, helping me transition back to my naturally brown hair while keeping some low lights and highlights. She has cut my long hair, and fixed a curly cut from someone else that didn’t quite work on my wavy hair. Recently she styled my hair for a big night out and it was perfect (pictured). Haleigh also cuts my eleven year old daughter’s hair. We keep those cuts pretty basic but recently did curtain bangs per my daughter’s request. My daughter loves the bangs and Haleigh even taught her how to use her fingers to style them. Haleigh has also added tinsel to her hair which was really pretty. Regardless of what you need, Haleigh is your girl!

Haleigh N. Is incredible!! I’ve been a client of hers for over a year now, & she is always smiling, professional and friendly. Personable, interacts with you during session. I’m a blonde and she nails it every time with the color & toner. Not to mention, she gives the best haircuts! Everyone should get the butterfly cut from Haleigh at least once in their lives. For real though, she is 10/10 and doesn’t overcharge either. Super flexible with schedule. Would definitely recommend, especially blondes!

This review is on the lack of communication regarding appointment cancelation. I was supposed to have my appointment today on Monday , as this is one of only a few salons open on Mondays and the salon technician messaged me after 6pm the night before to see if I could move the appt (which i could not) tells me after 7pm that she will be able to do the appointment, then messages me the morning of the appointment to let me know she can't. I understand she was sick, but had more than enough time to get a hold of me before my appointment so that I could make other arrangements. Now, I was unable to find a place open for this Monday ( my ONLY day available i have child care) and have no availability until after Christmas (I was wanting to color my hair specifically for Christmas pictures) I will Not be going back here and would Not recommend!

I could not say enough great things about 12/six.one and Ashley! I’ve been going to her for 12 years and have never had a bad experience. She listens to what you want and will talk it out with you if you’re on the fence. Her new salon atmosphere is so relaxed and comfortable. Highly, highly recommend!

Kristina’s been doing my hair for 6 years and always knows exactly what to do. She’s so artistic and fast, sometimes I tell her to pick what we do. The location is so beautiful, makes you feel right at home, and everyone’s so professional and nice! Love, love, love!!

Seriously love this place!! They always have the best enviorment and workers! I go to Kris religiously and she never fails to amaze me with how fast she can make my hair look amazing. I would 20/10 recomend her to anyone who wants to get their hair done.
