The last two hurricanes chewed up the teak rub-rail on both sides of our Sabre sailboat. I do a lot of work myself, but wouldn't know where to even start with a project like this. I was fortunate to find Ryan, who said he could handle the project and put me on his schedule. Ryan was excellent at communicating and coordinating the work. When he was done I was shocked at the quality of the repair. His attention to detail and thoroughness is admirable. The job was done in the timeframe and cost he estimated and to say it was perfect would be understating things. Many thanks.

After much research and calling around, we hired Ryan to fabricate and install overhead galley cabinets on our 47’ Lagoon catamaran. Most of the other carpenters we spoke with didn’t have enough experience, refused to travel outside of a small geographic area, or couldn’t even look at our project for several months. Ryan responded to our inquiry promptly and fit us into his busy schedule, as he understood we had an unexpected situation that forced a short timeline to be followed. He even met us during his off hours to accommodate our schedule. Ryan’s work was impeccable. He clearly knows his business. He made sure to research the type of wood we had (as we weren’t positive) to get the best match possible to the existing woodwork. He also worked with us to stay within our budget, allowing us to help with different aspects of the project to save money. Perhaps best of all, he took the time to teach us and answer questions so that we could do more work ourselves in the future. We could not be more pleased with the finished cabinets. We would not hesitate to recommend Ryan for any marine carpentry work or repairs. He has integrity and takes pride in his work- pretty rare to find these days.
